My husband and I did a pasta making class when we did our Italy trip. The group met up at a chef's apartment and we all sat around drinking wine and learning to make ravioli and linguini. Then we ate what we made. It was such a fun activity!!

@@wanderingwithwine we think the Pyrenees Oriental region is almost perfect. Mountains, Mediterranean, sun, and Spain just a few miles away. Americans immediately think Côte d’Azur. We know people born and raised there who sing the praises of French Catalonia.
