Actually your final calculation is wrong and there's no way it costs 1110rs/rft for a 304 grade . Because the material you had purchased for 60 feet but you divided it by only 18 feet and the labour cost is 150rs/rft in chennai. Therefore the material cost is 14865rs + 150rs ( transportation) + 9000rs ( labour) = 24015rs / 60 ft = 400.25rs, where we can save 710rs according to your overall calculation 😃😃. But your material calculation is correct. Usually they charge 650rs/ rft including the material.
