Thanks for this and your other great videos. I have a 2002 L322 which won't select the low gear range. Someone has replaced the switch assemby which is marked 2003 and is numbered 254. Is there any way I can check the switch assembly is the correct one for my car?

Hello is it possible to replace the whole gear stick with a rotary shifter?

Is it possible to change the way the + - works on the steptronic? For some reason they are the other way round to the E39 and E46.

Yes you can swap the wires over I guess

Sam Rizvi thanks im doing a full system but was thinking of doing it in stages as in headunit first,i have the extension cables but not sure if speakers would still work,ive just ordered some piano black trim parts from your ebay store after watching your vids on how to change them 👍👍

powerfulukltd hi there I have always put my own sound systems in my cars. The range rovers is very dated mine is an 05/06 hse. Thanks for all the advice think I’m just going to dive in and get started. Will do head unit and extension cables along with new amp power wire etc first. As when time permits 👍👍
