Given that Label Able went by the name Labelle while working for Gracie, that Gracie herself went by a different name is hardly a major surprise. After all, who advised Label to use a different name, I wonder?
There is one other pair of villagers who are related. On the Japanese version of the e-reader card for Poko (a jock cub villager), it's revealed that he is Ike's son. Sadly, while Ike returned starting in New Leaf: Welcome Amiibo, his son never did. This has to be the saddest example of a villager never returning. Poor Ike! I hope Poko is eventually brought back so he and his dad can be reunited (plus he's one of the cutest cub villagers IMO.)
I think some villagers other than those four might be related as well. I'm 100% certain Tom and Moe are brothers. I know Tom says he's the second quadruplet while Moe says he's the youngest of five, but I think Tom just considers being a quadruplet more noteworthy.

This is a wonderful new series and I love the visuals that you created there with your character front and center. Animal Crossing facts are my favorite thing, especially covering all eras of the games so I can't wait to see what's next. Gracie is mostly she though the Japan version has her as male…they make it confusing but the localizers probably figured it would be weird keeping the male voice and stuff with how he/she dressed. I bet that’s why he kept saying they here instead of she. Blanca and Saharah are guys too. I wish they’d left Saharah alone, camels always have long eyelashes. Blanca used to wear a dress so that explains that change. Chip originally had a more Japanese eye look and Jane the gorilla got a skin color change cause she looked a bit risky with white fur.

The way Nintendo loves to add details I would be so stoked if villagers started turning down specific gifts! Like Ankha politely thanking you for apples but stating she cannot accept due to allergies, little things specific to each villager. It would probably be a nightmare to program tbh... but it would bring some life back into these characters. Maybe in the next game they'll give us better dialog & stuff, I just can't help but love the idea.

I think AC fans would love to see Nintendo create ten Egyptian themed cat villagers to represent Ankha’s siblings, given that the cat villager is the overall fan favorite species! Bet it will never happen, but cat lovers can dream! Makes me wonder if my favorite cat, Stinky has siblings. My guess is probably but he is too pungent for them to stick around! Poor sweat-colored cat with a pair of undies on his head! He deserves more love!

8:32 yea i was wondering what happen to the museum. i just restarted my animal crossing and i got the museum but it was different i didn't even notice it was bigger then the middle version of the museum in till i looked back at my old island [i have videos] it was weird and i was questioning why it gave me the art gallery when i first upgraded the museum. now i know, but its weird for some reason i feel like blather didn't like greet me that much then the new version right now he asked to enjoy your visit and saying "how may i help you" i don't know if that changed because i could be wrong but i remember blathers just saying how may i help you without the hope you enjoy the visit etc.. i legit was like "why does my museum have a different color?" and when i first got redd on my island i discovered the boat but didn't find redd i didn't even know that was how you get your first art lol.

I really want a second Switch and a second copy of Animal Crossing for my birthday, to have a second island, but I'm scared my mom refuses. My second island will be in the southern hemisphere, will have an urban theme, and will be only filled with snooty villagers. I'm crossing my fingers to get a second Switch and a second copy of Animal Crossing for my birthday, I don't want to restart my island, I went through so much struggles to complete my museum, get my dream villagers (except for Tangy, Ankha and Wolfgang, I found them in less than two weeks in August 2020)... My ultimate goals are to get all DIY recipes and all cooking recipes (I'm missing the spooky cookies 😂), afterwards I'll upload my dream address (and fixing messy parts of my island while in the process), and stop playing the game, and get more focused on New Leaf. Also Gracie is the meanest girl in the universe 😠

Umm about the Museum, I just bought a new switch, its my 2nd one, its the new blue switch lite, anyways I just started not long ago, and idk who gave out the info. But I was able to do all 3 upgrades on the Museum, so that info. Is completely wrong. I've heard about just the 2 update on the Museum for a while now, so idk who ever is making that up and making others believe it, well they got that info wrong. Cuz I just started, like a month ago. Legit. Not trying to be a butthead or anything but im just speaking from wut happened with my point of view.
You must have started right before they changed that, I think it was on a patch after the 2.0 update that they removed the middle Museum and if you had it before they removed it it wouldn't automatically change to the fully upgraded one. His information was correct, you just had the perfect timing for you to get the middle Museum.
its not really that big mystery if i had that name i would change ity to there is such a thing as changing your name to become famous as many real world celebreties has done so dont think its that odd that gracie do

I think it only happens if the villager you choose to replace is already in the process of moving out.

Yes if you use custom designs you can find sets with curved edges to make twists and bends
