I assume the "Agent" running Users only have Edit (not Modify All) to Case Records. If this is True you could add a step to the verify Screen Flow that when true it creates a manual record share on the Case record for the running User. Then you could create a record triggered when a Case is Modified by an Agent flow to check for a manual share and delete it
