In this video, I have showcased how to use 2 SIM Cards and Micro SD card on Hybrid slot. No Glue or Sand Paper required. I believe that this is the easiest way compared to any other TH-cam Video out there. Here I have used Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge but this should work for all devices with Hybrid slot. Hey buddy, go and find your mother and tell her i said thanks for bringing you onto this planet, you are awesome, this worked like a charm. you are a lifesaver i can now use both sims and my sd card without damaging any of them.
thanks! worked with Honor 8, just follow these steps:
- recognize the sim direction.
- place it in the right place (little difficult)
- be patien and try to place it again.
I was a bit doubtful but it worked!
You have to be meticulous and pay attention to where exactly the SIM should stay (not too much to the edge, closer to the middle of the SD card).
It took me a couple attempts and I damaged a bit the SIM tray trying to reopen it. If you have to push too hard to close it, don't do it!
In the end I used a nail file to make the SD card a tiny bit thinner where the SIM has to fit, paid again attention to where it should go, and finally it worked and would go in without too much resistance.

So I actually thouight this would never work ...I got brave enough to try it and except the fact that i mixed my sims and did it on my basic sim and not the secondary I intended to it actually worked.I got to say you just saved me.My phone is Huawei P10 Lite! GJ !
Worked on Honor 8, but had to trim the edge of the SD card a bit and also used a little bit of superglue to make sure the SIM stays in place. Thanks for the video!

shahzad haider It worked perfectly fine but it got the sim tray stuck inside. Do you have tutorial for troubleshooting if this happens?
thats the reason why others need to apply some double adhesive tape so the 2nd sim should not move around especially if the tray and sim has room to wiggle around the slots, Im afraid thats not covered in the warranty and you have to pay extra for OEM technicians to fix the issue. Reason is unathorized modification not following cautions in manuals. Just be carefull next time.

ok I didnt sand the SD or SIM or anything to make a hybrid work. However, I have to use hot glue anyway to hold the SIM in place otherwise it would move out of its place.
Mine is Galaxy Note8.

It worked and I don't even know why people have been degrading it and saying it's a lie
Risk that was not mentioned:
- Some phones have very tight sim slots, so you might slide you sim slot inside but there's the chance that you won't be able to remove your sim again, because it became very tight to slide after pushing the hole using your sim tool.
- Also, the sim behind the sd card was not detected anymore after I rebooted my phone, so I guess this trick did not work for me. Still thankful that my other sim and sd card still works though.
To those thinking about doing this trick, just make sure that the sim that you're going to burn is the expendable one, because in my opinion, there is a high chance that you will fail trying to imitate this trick.

Please give me some assistance. I am using a Galaxy S8+ (SM-G955U). I have bMobile Trinidad in SIM 1 tray, and AT&T USA in SIM 2 tray. When I depart Trinidad, and land in Houston, will the network automatically connect to AT&T? Or do I need to go into the "Settings" and change something? If so, what is the procedure? I don't want to have to be changing SIM cards in & out while on the flight.
I tried doing this for my Galaxy S8 and ended up burning my sim lmao. Had to get a replacement next day.

Doesn't work on S9. Just like in the S10, it gets too thick... Luckily I tested it on an old sim card

I had to go the other way turn a big sim into a nano. I just filed it down CAREFULLY cut with sharp scissors and filed to fit with a jewelers file. Took 12 mins.
