I really wonder if there is any palpable difference in male libido enhancement between Melanotan 2 and Bremelanotide, I have been taking Melanotan 2 for its tanning enhancement with the sun. Libido increase is meh. I can only go up to .75 mg and that's pushing it with me. I also take a Dramamine 50mg one hour before injection which does help a lot with nausea. Did notice stronger erection 3 hours later so will now up the does to 20 units/1mg. and see what happens. This of course is the 10mg vial being reconstituted with 2ml bacteriostatic water.
Reconstitution and vial concentration would only change the volume of the dose. It doesn't change whatever dosage you give. Regardless of whether the vial is 5mg, 20mg is irrelevant. The volume of the injection would change but not the recommended dosage.
Those online companies provide third party testing so you know exactly what you’re getting. Prescription drugs from pharmacies don’t provide that and think of the number of recalls they’ve had in the last few years. The disclaimers that say not for human use and such are only because pharmaceutical companies are losing big bucks when you buy from other sources. I’ve had zero problems as have anyone else that I know that uses them. The most popular peptides can’t even be purchased from compounding pharmacies since Sept…. In short, the spray does work, but the effect is very subdued. To the point that if you don't know what to expect you might not notice anything remarkable, as the effect is roughly comparable to having one of those spring/summer days when you just wake up with a hightened libido all of a sudden. You might become more sensitized to the effect with repeated administrations, but still it won't be nearly as potent as subcutaneous route. As far as the pill form is concerned, PT-141 is reported to have close to zero bioavailabily when administered orally. I know that some clinics provide sublingual PT-141 tablets, but I doubt those really work. Most likely all the effect comes from the coupling with PDE5 inhibitors. Bremelanotide is a rather large molecule, so it's roughly 10 times less bioavailable nasally compared to subcutaneous delivery. Practically all sprays available on the market are underdosed about 20x+ times compared to the effective doses established in the early studies. I believe, the researchers originally administered the equivalent of more than a half of a 10 mg vial intranasally to get the effects they were looking for. Test subjects got significant blood pressure spikes as a side effect. Theoretically speaking, you can get some PT-141 in powdered form and make your own spray. But you'll have to use quite a lot of product to fill a bottle to the point of being able to spray some in your nose and without a buffer solution it will gradually lose its potency. As it is, the spray kinda makes you feel slightly more into it for about 30-45 minutes, but has no discernible effects on your performance. For me personally it mostly meant that I couldn't get enough of touching her bare skin and that was pretty much it. The effect was so mild, I didn't even realise that it was it until I've tried subcutaneous delivery which gives you all that times ten plus much much more (markedly increased libido and sensitivity, enhanced erections and stronger orgasms for about 36 hours at least).

It can be, but I would not. Take MT2 if you want to tan like crazy and you will probably get an added libido/erection effect. PT-141 is supposed to not work on all of the receptors MT2 does, only the select ones that are responsible for the libido effect.
I took PT-141 on and off for a year. Sexual desire was increased. Also, I became super dark. People would ask this "white man" if I'm from the middle east. I stopped taking it about a year ago. While my skin has lightened up a bit. Much of the pigment seems permanent.

I love watching your videos as they are very informative. I have used Melanotan-II and PT-141 several times at a 1mg dosage. The results are excellent, however, I usually experience severe nausea and some flushing. These side effects caused me to stop using it for ED. Any suggestions to minimize these harsh side effects.

You don't really get a tan from PT-141. It can darken existing skin pigmentation and might cause hyperpigmenation if you have some skin lesions that are undergoing epithelialization when you take it.

Start arond 500 mcg. Women are reported to be more prone to developing nausea, so your wife might want to split the dose into a couple of injections about an hour apart. There are anecdotal reports of antihistamine drugs helping with nausea.

We mix all together then use a .5ml 31g 8mm syringe and have been using between the 15 and the 20 on the syringe. Would that be in the ballpark for dosage? Tried it for a month (PT 141), libido never changed, I just got super red every time I took it. No real nausea , took it on empty stomach but yeah, had no effect on libido. I have low libido for 2 years already since my last covid infection and nothing seems to change it for the better. What dose did you end up with? It worked for me quite well when I got to 3mg, but had extreme nausea, headache. My mistake was forcing down a protein shake a few hours post. Got very sick and threw up about 6 times. Brutal.
Yeah, it is known to not work at all for some people. The theory is, it depends on how many of dopaminergic neurons in your brain libido circuits have melanocortin 4 receptors.

The effect of nasal application is really weak. From what I was able to find out, available sprays have about 300-400 mcg of PT-141 per recommended application dose compared to 6000-7000 mcg used in the early studies on nasal administration.

I got nasal spray, my head turns bright red and so do my shoulders. Slight belly ache, then feeling is there kinda after a few min, but the largest change is the next day for me. I do not like the red face thing.... It gets HOT. I reduced my amount and it was a little better. But if I take any less I am afraid ill not get the benefits.

PT-141 is almost 100% bioavailable when administered subcutaneously, about 10 times less bioavailable nasally and has close to zero bioavailability orally. A quick point; this peptide is so effective, an antidote to a persistent erection should always be on hand just in case. Hours long erections are not fun nor a joke either. I never hear this phenomenon being addressed but I think it should be.

That's way too much. 0,5 mg is the proper starting dose. If an average male has to take 2 mg, most likely the peptide wasn't stored properly. Way too much info is coming from the bodybuilding circles where a lot of people are somewhat delusional and obsessed with always dosing everything on the higher end of the spectrum. I've heard about guys stacking loads of testosterone, proviron, 4x the recommended daily dose of tadalafil, DRAs, daily PT-141 and claiming that this is just "libido optimisation". Subcutaneously via stomach injection with an insulin syringe with an integrated 30g needle. Store the vial in the fridge, but don't freeze it. You're not supposed to hold an erection after ejaculation, although some men do, especially an your age. It's a nice bonus to be able to go for a second round straight away, but not a requirement. Things will most likely change for the better once you start having sex regularly again. You don't really get a tan from PT-141. It can darken existing skin pigmentation and might cause hyperpigmenation if you have some skin lesions that are undergoing epithelialization when you take it.

The effect of nasal application is really weak. From what I was able to find out, available sprays have about 300-400 mcg of PT-141 per recommended application dose compared to 6000-7000 mcg used in the early studies on nasal administration.

How do i get pT1 ?
I got nasal spray, my head turns bright red and so do my shoulders. Slight belly ache, then feeling is there kinda after a few min, but the largest change is the next day for me. I do not like the red face thing.... It gets HOT. I reduced my amount and it was a little better. But if I take any less I am afraid ill not get the benefits.

PT-141 is almost 100% bioavailable when administered subcutaneously, about 10 times less bioavailable nasally and has close to zero bioavailability orally. Maybe sublingual administration kinda works, but most likely it's somewhat on par with the nasal route.

A quick point; this peptide is so effective, an antidote to a persistent erection should always be on hand just in case. Hours long erections are not fun nor a joke either. I never hear this phenomenon being addressed but I think it should be.

That's way too much. 0,5 mg is the proper starting dose. If an average male has to take 2 mg, most likely the peptide wasn't stored properly.
Way too much info is coming from the bodybuilding circles where a lot of people are somewhat delusional and obsessed with always dosing everything on the higher end of the spectrum. I've heard about guys stacking loads of testosterone, proviron, 4x the recommended daily dose of tadalafil, DRAs, daily PT-141 and claiming that this is just "libido optimisation". Not even an overbooked sex worker would need all that stuff.
PT 141was riddled with side effects for me. The nausea was almost unbearable. The side effects outweighed any benefits. Nasty drug in my opinion.

Yes, there are some that have no effects. There are many causes that can contribute to this depending on erection changes. One possible reason for a lack of response could be too low a dose of agents in troche, meaning a higher dose could be needed. Also, too low a dose of tadalafil or PT-141 based on your erection quality could be an issue, though restriction from increasing the dose is possible due to potential side effects. Subcutaneously via stomach injection with an insulin syringe with an integrated 30g needle. Store the vial in the fridge, but don't freeze it. Best practice is to use it up within a month, but it should be good for up to 3 months easily. I've recently used one I've reconstituted about 6 months ago and the potency was pretty much the same.

You're not supposed to hold an erection after ejaculation, although some men do, especially an your age. It's a nice bonus to be able to go for a second round straight away, but not a requirement. Things will most likely change for the better once you start having sex regularly again. Contrary to what nofap fanatics are preaching, long periods of abstinence are known to cause erectile dysfunction in some men.
