Does anyone know if escort or uniden are going to come out with a new flagship radar here soon? I currently have an R8 but was looking at getting a second radar like the RL360c, however it is almost 5 years old so I was curious if they’ll be coming out with something new so that I don’t get a new one and then they come out with a newer model 2 months later…
The problem i have being a new r8 uniden owner is i cannot shut off the nanny speed reminder that i’m one mile an hour over. I bought a radar detector, not a 700$ nanny. I’m returning it soon if not, total garbage
It’s detecting something so it’s the opposite. It’s working. But if you don’t configure it right, it’ll beep at all sorts of things like doors, parking sensors, cruise controls/teslas/waymos etc.

My r8 is was too sensitive and snytime i use it its always picking up the blindspot detecion radar from the cars mirrors its super frustrating
