@@Prince_Dan_2 Mixi Field Coil Winding Newer models come with more than 50% aluminum winding. All you have to do is use copper wire while rewinding and buy a few guage of copper wire. For example If old winding aluminum wire is 23 SWG then 24 SWG is enough to buy copper wire If this is the aluminum guage on the motor winding, the guage itself should use copper wire
Sir i wonder why did you not include in the video the formula for finding the core area and the computation of the coil number of its coil and the constant number for finding the turns per volt tnx sir
It is better to use the same amount of gauge and turns on the company winding as you can not understand with the correct data formula. The video describes data typical of 28 mm 600watts mixie field winding. Thank you

Phase wire first goes to the overload protection switch via winding common wire .
Neutral wire connect the speed control switch
In this circuit speed 1 is the neutral to complete the circuit.
It is difficult to understand & connction as I saw other winding connection.
