- At an introductory price of Rs 1.85 lacs (ex-showroom), the newly launched Bajaj Pulsar NS400 Z is the most affordable 400cc motorcycle in India right now. Though it derives its frame from the Dominar 400, it has received a new swingarm, new front & rear suspensions and a shorter wheelbase. All these things help it save good 13-14Kgs over Dominar 400, thus making it way faster. While the looks are identical to its 200cc sibling - NS 200 - it has received a new face. Panel Gaps and Fibre Quality? Similar to the Low Quality of NS200 or high quality like the N250?
Duke 250 and 390 look same but no one complain. But when it comes to Ns 400 some dude want kawasaki z900 with this price. What an exoection people have.

Bhaii 250 aur 390 ki baat alag hai... Both are premium products and there are subtle visible changes... Pr agar tumhare samne koi ns 125, 160, 200 rakh de you can hardly spot any difference visibly... Thus the brand name of ns has already been killed wese tooh pulsar iss brand name ko bhi maar diya hai but that's a different topic.. soo kul milakar agar ns 125 wale ko agar ns 400 ki complement miley tooh achha lagega but wahi 400 ko 125 ka derivative bologe tooh bura lagega bhaii... Aur there was a fandom for pulsar n apache... Tum shayad abhi chotay hoo shayad ye malum nahin tumhe..

For those who are saying that "Bajaj has disappointed us 😑 NS 400 should have been bigger than NS 200", I would like to tell them that 1st and 2nd generation KTM Dukes are look like same. If headlight, TFT screen and exhaust are removed from the Duke 390 2nd generation and stickers are also removed, then Duke 125 and Duke 390 look the same. Those people are getting approximately same power as 390 in the budget of Duke 200. Bajaj could have also made its NS 400 a better looking bike by investing money in R & D, but without investing money, Bajaj is providing the most affordable 400cc bike. But those people want a bike like Ducati, Kawasaki Ninja Z900 at a low price. To those people, I would like to tell them that "build the bike yourself 🤬" An Indian brand is offering so much in less money. Those who will make negative comments in this comment then understand that those people do not love Indian products or India. "Jai Hind"

Exactly, if we get a liquid cooled 4v dohc engine with 40bhp and 35nm torque and a relatively lighter bike compared to competition for under 2.5 lakhs on road, what's there to complain about. I'm shocked at the negative comments. Nothing wrong with the looks either. Tvs Ronin sells a 225cc bike at this price and others sell 150cc at this price. Heck, I don't even care about all these ride modes or navigation features, it's such great value for money. As long as it handles like the ns200 or a bit better or worse, it's a great bike for the money. Maverick in long stroke and this bike in short stroke are both great value bikes.

1 question, can the adjustable levers be fitted onto dominar 400?
That compatibility has been since a long time bro, just go to ktm service center get two adjustable sets of levers and switch them, these are the same. Although i will warn you those levers are not cheap😂(1500~rs)

Its looking quite good, tail could have been in better stype also the tank style. But bajaj have stayed to their pulsar line up style and have made some changes which is making this bike more beautiful. At this price point it ll make an impact on indian Bike segment

No matter if people criticize its design , at this price you can't even get a proper 200. Also there is huge difference in rake angle of dominar and pulsar. Dominar was already using frame from 200ns not the other way around

That’s right. Dominar 400 has a wheelbase of 1453mm, whereas the Pulsar NS400Z has 1343mm.
Biggest issue in this bike is refilling coolent tank.
NS200 + N250 + dominar400 = NS 400 combination😜
