Onigiri Bongo Otsuka Main Store
A 2-minute walk from Yamanote Line Otsuka Station, BONGO is a handmade rice ball shop founded in 1960.
The menu number of rice balls is 56! They stick to the ingredients starting from the rice. They use only Koshihikari from Niigata. Their hand-made onigiri's deliciousness is so famous that you find a long queue every day.
We went in their kitchen to shoot their preparation!
The shopkeeper, who has been managing everything after his husband fell down by sick. She talked us about her hard work and thought for the shop.
