In the original Fate/Stay night the author already broke many rules by allowing two Archers and two Assassins to participate in the same war and let a servant summon other servant, not to mention that the mediator himself was straight up the main villan all along and wanted to fuck up the world with the forbidden class servant, that sayed Nasu *REALY* like to break rules.
But there was no rule breaking, there was exactly 7 servants summoned. There was no rules about other servants not being able use grail, servants outside of a grail war is a thing after all. And sasaki wasnt a servant, he was fake, not even an actual sasaki.
These rolls were absolutely insane, the catalyst must truly work.
The fact that Locusta is voiced by Tsumugi Risa makes me want to summon for her even more.

Nice rolls. Funny thing is I was only testing my luck on the day the banner dropped. I rolled with the 5 tickets from the campaigne. I was not expecting her but she appeared on the 3rd ticket. We are both BeastMasters lol but you proved more superior. Again congrats on both np3 Draco and Locusta. 🎉

Best goat got best Beast I see no problem here. Everything is balanced with Hell's gateways as they should be. That one person was absolutely right though, this should've been the 1 time where chat should've blessed you not cursed you if they wanted min rolls.

Also, we don't really summon her, similar to Artemis, she kind of stops the Chaldea summoning system and hijacks it to materialise herself.
