This was a great presentation. The house has some issues., but the right owner will see the potential and the price os very reasonable for the location. Great investment potential
Ouch. Outside, the house is entirely surrounded, rather encased in concrete like a tomb. No grass or greenery at the front, back or very narrow sides. Inside, the layout is not bad, but too much clutter and bad curtains. All the bathrooms are very outdated and need to be upgraded. Kitchen upstairs is decent and a nice size. The good thing is that the listing price is fair; it will allow the new owner to do the upgrades. Greenwich Park is a very nice area to live and that’s a plus.
How do you walk around this house? Is there a backyard? Where do you park your car? The garage is too narrow and drive not long enough. I think the price is high for what it is. On the plus side the location is excellent.
Fix the darn drive and front entrance. Too close to the neighbor. It's like a jail. Please stage the home before you put it online. Get rid of all that clutter

Needs total renovations .
Just one problem the neighbors to near window need to change out bathroom out dated so ita a couple million dollars renovation

The kitchen is way to small
This house is not pleasing me at all everything looks small no lot of space especially the yard space the furnitures alone full up the house
