The location is good. Note that spring valley is not gated. The interior sucks though they did do some updates however the original building of the home you can see definitely does not give “grand vacation villa’ like the price does. The house is put together tacking. There are no proper entrances that befit a $90Million JMD house, the entertainment area is small. The lawns are a mess they need to level is properly and a proper lawn laid, the little space they covered doesn’t have automatic garage openers AND for that price there should be a 3 car garage. The land space is great but that house wants a lot of work

I really hate how you guys only put the price in US this is not America it's Jamaica this is done on purpose and that's why the housing market is so expensive for Jamaicans it's cheap for everybody else. They are not targeting Jamaican buyers that's why the put the ok price in US so they can get more for money cause $600,000 US is 92 million Jamaican dollars most Jamaican cant afford that. That's why most of us even if we work 3 jobs we still would be able to buy a house we have to be forced to live with our parents same goes for the apartment prices 🤦🏾♀️

For everything that you are getting inside of this house and also the beauty outside and the view of the ocean, us $500,000. is more than reasonable if i had the money i would buy it right away without hesitation

Love that area of Jamaica. The views are lovely. The property needs good maintenance and organized landscaping. They mentioned the $600, 000 us like it's nothing omg. It's not all dat cheap.

I live in Spring Valley and it is not less than 5mins from Ian Fleming Int. Airport. It's approximately 10-15mins away depending on speed and traffic. Same goes for distance from house to Ocho Rios; its the same time factor and could be more because the traffic can be terrible in the mornings. The house is overrated and in my opinion does not worth US600G. Needs too much work outside and inside. I think people that build these houses are wasting money and inconsiderate to the upcoming generation who wants to own their home. We simple can't afford a home in our own country with the ridiculous prices they cost and the wages we're paid. Sad reality.

Where in America can you get such a huge house on so much land with so many fruit trees for $600,000? A house like that in Maryland would be in the $1M mark, and in Toronto it would be over $2M. It is time for us to stop putting down the value of homes in Jamaica. This property will be sold in a nanosecond.

If I had the money I would be out of Brooklyn New York in a heartbeat. Absolutely no where in America would you get a house like this. I love this house. I don’t know what it’s like to live in Jamaica. I’ve been twice but living there is another thing I would move if I had access and blessed with a home like this in a minute. This is very vague because America and Canada are huge, and if you go to certain states or areas, you will get houses just as big for that price with a lot of land space. Maybe you get it for less with a much better kitchen and bathrooms.
@Deeki Ting Dyfrent The view is breathtakingly beautiful so that in itself is a big positive. Sure, you can get bigger homes in the backwoods of many states in the USA or the iced-over provinces in Canada. I speak from experience because I have real estate in Toronto and Washington DC. The house could do with a little fixing up and good landscaping, but overall, it is a beautiful place. The asking price can always be negotiated with the person who is serious about buying. I do not see the price of houses going down in Jamaica, especially in those upscale neighborhoods.

It is really sad that even a house for sale in beautiful Jamaica has brought about such venom from its own people. Social media has exposed the Jamaicans who truly hate their country and have absolutely nothing good to say no matter how positive things are going. They take every chance to speak ill of everything good, in the meanwhile, have absolutely nothing to offer their country. There are houses for every segment of the society people! If you are rich and can afford a big house, buy a big house. If you are a middle class, buy something more in the middle, and if you are working class, buy something more modest. There is Housing Trust that is lending Jamaicans money to buy houses so I don't understand what the grouse is all about from people on this medium who are total haters. My Lord, I cannot believe it! Some use their negativity to keep the country down down down. It is time we all see an iota of goodness in our country and speak positively so that positivity can encircle our country. Some complain about the price, the size, the colour, the location, the outside, the inside; they complain about EVERYTHING! We all have different tastes, and that is ok, but try and be balanced in your critique. Look inside of yourselves people and make a change to POSITIVITY!!!

Where is the front door? The bedrooms were not ready to be shown because the beds were unmade also the bathrooms had some mold in between the tiles which is a sign of poor ventilation! After seeing this house tour it reinforces people under captivity living behind bars!
This home made me Blue...looking at how Poorly it was designed 😢 I can not understand for the life of me why Jamaican people love to build these BIG ass houses with no Character, good layout, and acess of space 😔

It's likely that this was built back in the day when people just build big house fi big house sake. Like many who did go overseas, work hard an sen money back fi just build WITHOUT EVER thinking about how poorly the house may age. While I don't think this isn't a bad house (I actually like it to be honest), it isn't a 90 million dollar great house. Its simply not worth it which is why one should never over invest in homes. Sometimes a charming little bungalow is better!

Viewing this property with all the land space, and all the citrus tree in. You can never be hungry in a natural environment with all those fruit 🍎 three. what makes a house attractive especially a house that looks like a mansion is the outside environment . Landscape is poorly kept. From the driveway in and around the property it is poorly maintained. It made a problem maintenance. There ain’t no flowers garden. It is not properly maintain. Also, the design on the inside of the house it is poorly designed. I don’t like the kitchen layout the bedroom. It’s confusing I don’t like the ceiling. The bathroom with the Jacuzzi is also confusing. The bathroom is not big enough it’s not properly design on the inside. I love the balcony that’s the only part of the house I love and downstairs I would probably got it out at house and modernize it into today’s digital house US$600,000 I believe US$450,000, I could get a beautiful house in Atlanta Georgia up in the bush US$600,000, and a lot of property in the house is properly built swimming pool on the outside lakes and just beautiful. This house is not all of that for US$600,000 I’m sorry, it’s a beautiful viewing but for that price it’s not worth it. It’s a lot of work you gotta do on that house to bring it up to date.

Alot of the homes are built with cheap labor they don't use no company to build these homes , they build for dirt cheap and sell sky rocket that's how they get super rich by ripping people off I know the business I have a background in NYC union Carpentry so I know what I am saying.
