Thank you very much for making wonderful video. I don't know anything about yoga. This video gives birds eye view. Final closing statement "the 🌎 is one family" = "யாதும் ஊரே யாவரும் கேளிர்" ..Wow..well said...My mother tongue is tamil. To me tamil and Sanskrit are sister language. Sisters share everything among each other. I see the same here. This video will help me to understand Thirumoolar 96 thathuvam in tamil.

According to Veda Saaram, “Mruth shila dhathu darwadi moortha vishwamavidyaya klishyanthi thapasa moodha paraam shaanthim nayaanthithe”, means, “A fool who is worshipping an idol gathers nothing but pain and he never attains salvation”. .
      2 physical assaults
      1) There once was an evil demon called Jalandhar. He had the power to change his shape and thus could incorporate anybody he wanted. He used this power to meet women, disguised as their husband and thus cheating them into having sex with him! When the men found out and came to fight with him, nobody could ever kill him - he had such big power due to the fact that his wife Vrinda was very loyal. Yes, the loyalty of his wife saved him from the revenge of his rape victims’ husbands.
The husbands turned to Vishnu, the highest of gods, and asked him for help. Vishnu decided to use Jalandhar’s own methods to defeat him: he assumed Jalandhar’s shape and seduced the demon’s wife. Her loyalty was thus broken and her husband lost all power connected to it. Vishnu could finally kill him.
Vrinda, angry at Vishnu for cheating her this way, cursed Vishnu and turned him into a stone before jumping into the burning cremation fire of her husband, killing herself.
She was reborn as Tulsi, a holy plant, and finally the bush Tulsi and the stone Vishnu, which is called Shaligram, married.
2)On the way to Mithila, Ram came across a derelict hut. It was covered in cobwebs and looked as though no one had lived there for many years. The only sign of life came from a Tulsi plant (Holy Basil) growing in the ashram. The plant intrigued Ram and he asked Vishwamitra about the presence of Tulsi in a deserted hut. Vishwamitra revealed to Ram that the hut was not deserted but a cursed woman still lived there. Ram quizzed Vishwamitra about the identity of the cursed woman and Vishwamitra began to narrate the story of Ahilya to Ram.
Sixty thousand years before Ram’s birth, the cottage was home to Rishi Gautam and his wife Ahilya. Ahilya was the most beautiful woman in the world and one day the king of demi god’s, Indra, saw her. He became infatuated by her beauty and wished to possess her. He spotted Rishi Gautam leave his hut to bathe and saw his opportunity. Indra changed his appearance and went inside the hut where Ahilya was. Under a false pretence of being her husband, Indra raped Ahilya. Indra was about to leave after finishing, however Rishi Gautam returned. He was furious with the fact that his wife had carnal relations with another man. Indra lost his testicles due to the curse Rishi Gautam placed on him. He then turned on Ahilya who fell to her husband’s feet. She pleaded her innocence to her husband and begged him to forgive her. Rishi Gautam, still seething, cursed Ahilya to lose her beauty by becoming a stone. Ahilya continued to weep and beg for forgiveness as the transformation took place. Overcome with mercy, Rishi Gautam then told her when Vishnu comes in the avatar of Ram he will liberate her.

Within a few thousand years, Indra regained his testicles by praying to Surya. After regaining his testicles he went back to heaven where he continued to rule the throne of heaven. However Ahilya waited sixty thousand years for Ram to come to her hut.

I think we should do a survey, in CBSE schools and . I think majority of students love science but many end up taking Humanities . If we could make sanskrit our national language and our vedic maths, Science, Polity, Astrology etc
We shoul file a .... At Supreme Court. I think Indian students lean more towards maths
Don't u think. We could sign a petition. Not history , history should start in 11, Bcuz' The history, Polity, is and will be manipulated.
We should share Project Shivoham to whatsapp and take reveiw from our friends, cousins, classmate.
Education systems shoul be reformed Lockdown of school is opportunity for us.

@Gaurav Singh I wonder nothing else sir...those books are not only crap but also a misguiding matter..I am sure the so called tradition we are facing for the girls in our ancient India it was not there...I personally believe there wasn't any gender discrimination in society... because our culture is the only culture that truly believe in women empowerment...thus we believe woman is a Shakti..in many shlokas you can see that they had praised the Shakti ...more than devtas..but now our head is also fully crap by the nasty influence of mughlas and bri-shits...

Please excuse the correction. The person doing the tree pose in the beginning image is doing it wrong. You should never press your foot against your knee. It will cause or lead to injury. The knee is not designed to go in that direction. Move the foot higher or lower according to your ability. Please don't consider this a criticism of your videos. I enjoy them and thank you for making them.
