Thanks o lot! I was able to implement the process on my test VE. Just in one part on promoting a new Server 2022 to the main DC I had to type in each name of MasterRoles comma separated in parameters instead of numbers (0,1,2,3,4). Frankly, the first VM WS2022 had failed to replicate to existing WS2008R2, but newly created another WS2022 VM had replicated well.

I have already created a playlist with Windows Server 2019. You can refer that playlist. All the steps are same on Windows Server 2019 and Server 2022.
Does this mean that we do not need to follow the upgrade path of 2008R2> 2012R2>2016>2022 to migrate from 2008R2>2022 version?
in-place upgrade: 2008R2> 2012R2>2016>2022
migration: 2008R2> 2022
You cannot upgrade from 2008R2>2022 without losing your apps & files. This video shows a migration from a 2008 server to a different server running 2022.

Does using adprep to upgrade the schema version create user impact? Does the domain controller on the windows 2008 server no longer have compatibility with this schema after upgrading?
Thank you for your video. It is greatly helpful! When migrating from Win2008(not R2) to Win2022, I found the schema version is 44, not 47 as shown in the video, Is it still possible to upgrade it to 88 with the same step?
Please, check functionality level on server 2008, it might be at server 2003 level, so upgrade it first.
If I use this method, is it correct that I can use db such as Oracle in Server 2008 as it is?

Yes but it will not the direct process. It will be two steps process. You have to first migrate 2003 Ad to Server 2012 and then 2012 to 2022.

Hi.. after migtration how to swap the ip addresses between win2008 and win 2022 without any issue
1. Temporary assign anther IP on Windows Server 2008.
2. Assign the IP address (which was being used on Server 2008) to Windows Server 2022.
3. Check DNS for updates, Make sure Server 2022 and Server 2008 Host and Pointer records are updated. You can also clear DNS server cache as well.
4. Done!

You mean home directory? Create a template user with home directory settings and use the template user to create new user account. This will create a new Ad user account with Home Directory on your file server.
