Hi Dave, glad to see you've got your machine sorted. I've got the 21lpm version and coming upto it's first 50hrs service. Have you changed the oils yourself or through a dealer?

I had to drain the oil down to send it back which was pretty easy
Going Back To The Manufacturer. Oil And Fuel Drainage For Transport.

It needs to be a straight lance at least 900mm long with a 1/4 quick connect on it. Probably best ringing which ever supplier you use and explaining to them what you need

@@squeakycleandave1 well that is the main thing its not something you could have fixed. valve gap maybe but a broken rocker is game over, back to base repair.
