Haven't yet seen these boxes over here. But I must be honest that mostlikely I am seeing the mainlines and just a few stores with premiums on the hanger. But the premiums are also pretty expensive here ... seen them for 12 Euros ... so I don't want to think what a set of 4 will cost here. Such kind of sets I am usually only seeing here from Majorette. Got recently a nice one from Majorette for 10 bucks with a few cool models but these are more like mainlines. Loving this set here - the VW T1 pickup as a car transporter. Very nice looking! The Porsche models are also looking amazing. The oddity about wheels is probably why they call themselves Hot Wheels.
@@ModernDiecast So it's about time that I'm showing mine, hehe. I already have two sets. But I don't know in what bag the other one is, haha. I wanted to unpack it in front of the camera and after a while it all piles up very much, haha.
I think that It is Smart. Mattel is using a plastic clam shell basically To protect it from the rubber bands because they take the pain off and cause problems. Long-term in the packaging long-term. That will be just fine. I haven't even seen that Set at my Walmart yet. But great video. Glad to see more videos coming and you never disappoint.☝️🤴🏻🔥🔥🔥
@@Dopest_diecast2003 nah. It's just for the price of RLC if I'm on the fence these days I just usually pass. I'm not really into McLaren that much either, so there's that 😅
Lol, I thought the same thing about the mix at first, but it kind makes sense time wise the way they did it. Id be down with a Porsche through the years box though. I meant to mention in the video that they could probably do a few of these with 4 regular cars, no transport. And that's coming from a transport fan.
@@mariochesser7849 I don't know all the reasons for this car specifically, but on most race cars you see like this with different wheels on the front and back it's a performance thing. It can affect everything from tire options, to weight distribution, to brake cooling as well as other factors in sure I'm leaving out. I know in some instances the wheels are completely different that way they don't get mixed up during pit stops/tire changes as well.
I love this set!, I got it on Amazon
mi faves: the porsche 935 and the T1.
@@AntonioSc24 nice 👍 are you usually a Porsche fan?

I just got this
Nice 👍 what's your favorite casting from the set?
@@ModernDiecast the 1967 one, you?
@@Orangecatreddit probably the same..... Although, I really like that transport too
@@ModernDiecast I agree, the feature of it being adjustable is really fun!
The background is Le Mans and the Dunlop bridge
That makes so much sense now that you say it 😅

Thanks bro. Definitely a nice set. Worth picking up if you're a Porsche fan 👍
@@ModernDiecast Did you see the new rlc P1 McLaren? I got mine. It is sweet.
@@Dopest_diecast2003 haha I did. Actually just commented on your vid 👍
@@ModernDiecast I'm surprised you're gonna pass on it. Is it because of the rims?

The transporter is my fav 👍...could've thrown a better porsche selection, maybe something a little more modern like an RWB 911 lol

@ModernDiecast yea your idea sounds good too different years with no transporter 👍
Why didn't they use the front wheel for the rear?

Thanks for the comment. Not quite sure what you mean. You don't have it anymore?
@@ModernDiecast I never used the diorama. But I like my hot wheels out of the box
In new zealand they are 56 nzd (33 usd). Too expensive for 4 cars
Yeah that's a bit ridiculous,😳
