Hey girl! Idk if you’ll see this comment but I just wanted to thank you for being a big part of my life. When I was 12, I suffered from horrible insomnia. I would never be able to sleep to the point that I would start hallucinating. My parents were also abusive towards me and, obviously, never help me out. I remember when I first watched a video of yours, it was trying out 20 triggers or something like that AND I REMEMBER THE FEELING OF GETTING SO SLEEPY TO THE WHITE FLOWER TRIGGER. AND I ACTUALLY FELL ASLEEP!!! oh my god, I was so happy when I woke up. I’m 18 now, and a freshmen in college. Just randomly remembered you all these years and wanted to thank you!
Thats so cool! I remember her vids when i came home from partying and still felt so high that i couldnt sleep. Once i started watching her vids i got a sleep very fast

I think I started watching her when I was 11-12 too, and my first video was the 100 triggers. came home from school, sat down to watch some youtube, knocked me out in the first five minutes in broad daylight. shook me so harddd. my insomnia wasn’t as bad as yours haha but I would stay up for hours not being able to sleep. 17 now and graduating next friday ! darling literally my life savior these past years
lol same i randomly remembered her after 6 years! i started to watch asmr when i was 10 around the same age as you too and had the same problem i could not sleep cause of anxiety insomnia and would hallucinate sometimes. my parents were abusive too and thought i just wanted to stay up on school nights for fun and didn’t really believe me when i told them why i couldn’t fall asleep. but then thankfully my parents saw that asmr helped and didn’t yell at me when i was on my phone in bed on school nights. i remember asmr darling was one of my favorite channels to watch along with many others and really helped me aswell. here i am again 6 years later now a 16 years old still trying to fall asleep 😴 though i’m really sorry to hear about your situation sleep anxiety/ insomnia is really terrible i wouldn’t wish it on anyone:/ i hope you’re doing better now!

This video reminded me a friend who used to play with my hair in the school bus back when I was 10 or 11. She used to sometimes try some hairstyles with the help of my hair clips. I used to feel so sleepy and relaxed. The idea is so basic yet very nostalgic. Beautifully portrayed by Asmr Darling.

This is the most amazing relaxing feeling I have ever experienced! I just found you last night before bed. I experienced continuous waves of brain tingles with your videos I have watched so far (I have many more to view). Last night, I played this video again after I got in bed; for the first time in 5 YEARS my brain was thinking and keeping me from falling asleep! If I had to guess, I would say I fell into a deep sleep with 5-10 minutes AND I slept the entire night AND did not move...AT ALL! I finally got a full night sleep that was restorative! I can't thank you enough! Please don't stop making these videos!
