So, have Christians ever used grimoires? I've heard that they refer to them when trying to do exorcism.

I have not known of Christians doing exorcisms, I'm pretty sure that goes directly against Christian beliefs actually. Perhaps you meant Catholics? I'm confused about "Christians" using Grimoires myself though. I hear they did write them way back in the 15th centuries for example but were they actually Christian? We'll probably never know. They might have claimed to be- I know Grimoires appear to have been widely used by Catholics and it seems by Jewish peoples as well. It's surprising Catholic or Christians would use such if they are well-versed in the bible for it speaks directly against this sort of thing. (2 Kings 17:17, Jeremiah 14:14...).
I know there was a time I THOUGHT I was "christian-catholic" (no such thing I realise now) I also thought it was ok to practice witch craft and that's basically what the Grimoires are with a religious face. I would replace deities with God or pray to him as well but I didn't realise it was wrong. I do think perhaps some things in my life were made more difficult due to this though I was ignorant, I feel it would have led to far worse had I found out for myself it was wrong then did it anyway.
