Easily the worst hero in the game, they did not think this guy through. Healing is weak, dmg is weak. his kit is janky that its a troll hero

Can bailout teammates in danger, juke close range heroes, spy check when heals reloading, and heal charge up gives you time to check flanks.
If they could add a slow effect to his secondary fire, reduce his hitbox, make his platform able to be shot through for your team, and slightly boost heals/ passive heals from abilities. 3 or even half of those would make him a strong contender.
