On one hand, it may seem mundane how we react to poor customer service, whether in a typed or verbal response. Do we honestly, calmly and tactfully express our disappointment, or do we choose to be righteous, arrogant, and accusatory? I know from experience that I was often the latter, and it led to pride, which was my eventual downfall. Wise words today.
Yes Ray I agree wholeheartedly! I can see the power of words clearer now…. Power to not only build up but if not welded properly to destroy. That’s what I did , destroyed threats and acted out on fear. Thank you Jesus for showing us the Way. Your will not my own be done
