To make Kinro and Ginro trust in Senku for a bit. No practical use, but it doesn't hurt making a few new friends.

it's about their names which for Kinro has the kanji 金 (Kin) which means Gold, the same goes for Ginro whose name has the Kanji 銀 (Gin) which means Silver (that's it's why he wants a silver spear in 0:39)
