Interesting that half swirl clockwise and half counterclockwise. I reckon since we are in the northern hemisphere, nature swirls naturally counterclockwise to create a low pressure. This would make CCW swirls stronger and make for more powerful emptying.
All amazing toilets. I actually found a Kilgore 108 from the 1970's at my friends apartment room except this Kilgore that I found was avocado green if you saw the video.
That first toilet is just like two of the ones we have in the Special Education office here in the school district. And that Kilgore next to it is familiar as well. I used to know a number of people with those in their bathrooms.
I've actually come across a 1954 Standard Cadet before. It was in the basement of my cousin's house. I'm not kidding you whatsoever, it was the oldest toilet I've ever come across so far.
I'm reminded of the episode of The Simpsons in which in a re-enactment of the Israelites from Egypt, he gets all of the kids into the restrooms to flush at once, resulting in the parting of the Red Sea!
That was the craze at the time basically no tank. That toilet was horrible. It mostly flushed from the incoming water. Had to be adjusted correctly. But it was a good money maker.
I had a Universal Rundle Citations at my grandparent's house but I knew nothing about how special vintage toilets were and I smashed both of them when we were installing new ones. Turns out they were actually 1975 Sears toilets and none of those are on youtube except the one with double siphon-jets.

It's just the design. It's such a thin layer of water that swirls so it wouldn't really make a difference
I really like the yellow Kilgore great video
Me too! And thanks!
3:14 i saw that toilet in my childhood
I've never seen a blue, green, or a yellow toilet (one that's yellow not from piss) before, they look really pretty!
That’s not yellow it’s golden
@@ngoziokpalaji3077agreed
Nice vid :D
The video I have been waiting for
I think the yellow Kilgore is the coolest.
Reasons
1. Kilgore toilets are rare
2. It is yellow (which is a pretty rare color for a toilet)
My aunt Kay used to have a corona aquacer but it was replaced by a 1987 kilgore 201 ws
Amazing toilets I love the blue ur and the yellow Kilgore
I liked the kohler 'wellworth ingenium'? The third one. Very crisp flush.

That was the craze at the time basically no tank. That toilet was horrible. It mostly flushed from the incoming water. Had to be adjusted correctly. But it was a good money maker.
