      He got a lot for this, Up to 15 years. Oh wait but that wasn’t for SA that’s why it is more than 6 months to 3 years. Ever watch Tcap? They get sentences like 5 month’s suspended sometimes. Ugh!

    • @goose7574
      @goose7574 ปีที่แล้ว +32

      @Addie
      I personally think that when an adult SA's a minor like this, that they should get life... NO, if, and's or but's about it. I know it might sound harsh to some, but as a survivor of both childhood & adult SA, I can personally say that it usually takes a VERY VERY long time to talk about things and "heal" from it... if you ever fully do, there's an element when you're a child that makes things a lot harder.
      People have the "choice" to SA (m*lest, r*pe, etc.), and I think that if you make that choice, you need to be held accountable to the fullest extent. Too many pervs are getting light sentencing.

      People don’t “ask” for parole. They are automatically eligible for parole after certain length of time. So you can be sentenced to twenty years but can be eligible for parole after 5. These are not requested by the inmates but are meetings scheduled by the board that the inmate MUST attend.

    His preference is prepubescent children. He used the guise of a “party” to have the kids in his control unsupervised by others. He is physically an adult, but mentally he purposefully keeps his mindset at the age he was happiest. In the real world, that is predatory behaviors. He knows what he is doing is wrong but does not care. Keep him locked up.

    When you start off with not taking accountability and saying it didn’t happen like the court says is NOT a good look. I feel like the comment about them not like normal kids and the little laugh is 1000% victim blaming. I promise if he would have continued talking he would have said they came on to him and ask him for drugs and alcohol. 😢 3 1/2 years is a blink of an eye. I’ll never understand how these kind of people even get a chance at parole this soon.

      Courses are about as effective for people attracted to children as conversion therapy is for same sex attracted people.
      You can’t help who you are attracted to, it can’t be changed by a few courses, im sorry to say.
      It’s quite strange that so many people think some courses will stop a person being attracted to the types of people they’re attracted to. No one thinks it works for straight or g@y people so why would it work for people attracted to kids?
      It’s not logical.

    Correct me if I'm wrong. The point of the hearing is not to determine guilt, because that has already been determined. The point is to try to prove that the inmate has in some way shape or form been rehabilitated. He cannot bring himself to do the assignment. BTW child abusers, either sexual or otherwise can't be rehabilitated.

    • @Sara-xk1ns
      @Sara-xk1ns ปีที่แล้ว +1

      You’re correct. They’re in prison bc guilt has already been determined. This won’t ever change that verdict. Parole is only to see how effective rehabilitation has been and if they should be allowed early release, which sometimes inmates don’t even want early release bc it entails a lot. Once released they sometimes still need gps monitors, they still need to meet with parole officers often, get drug tested, can have any restriction imposed and if they get caught doing anything wrong while on the outside, they’re back in jail for the full length of the term they were released on. So if this guy got out after 4 years, on a 15 year sentence, can’t behave and goes right back, it’s automatic full 15 years, so 11 years he will be in even if it was something stupid. Some inmates would rather do the additional years in if they only have like 1-2 years left bc when they get out after full sentence they’re done, no strings or parole.
