Useless na show, not helpful at all. if you are teaching us how to cook longanisa, at least give us the proportion of the ingredients. I know there is a trade secret for those in business but more or less give the proportion.

Usually 1:1 for pepper, soy sauce and salt.
For garlic at least twice or thrice the amount of salt for vinegar it's really up to you (pero mas okay siguro 1/3 parts). May longganisa samin hindi maasim meron din sobrang asim
Summary
1 part soy, salt, pepper
3 to 4 parts garlic (crushed or grinded)
1/3 or (33.3%) part vinegar
1/2 part msg
Their recipe didn't use soy sauce, msg and sobrang onti nung asin. Feeling ko matabang to nakita naman yung dami nung karne.
They're pushing for all natural pero underseasoned yung meat.
