Sir aaplog to ye bata dete ki engineering or medical student har saal koi na koi aatma hatya kar lete h lekin aisa sochte h ki wo language ka problem ko jhel nhi pate h iss baat par dhyan dijiaga aksar medical or engineering me padne wale girl ya boy hindi medium se hote unlogo ne class 12 tak hindi medium se to padai karte h or phir wo mbbs ya btech me aakar english language me padne lagte yahi karan wo intelligent boy ya girl english language ko sahan nhi kar pate h or aatma hatya kar lete nhi biswas ho raha h to aap aatmahatya ke maa baap se pta kar sakte h ki uska bachcha class 12 tak hindi medium me pada h ya nhi jitna bhi aaj tak aatma hatya kiye h wo log hindi se class 12 tak padai kiye hote h

Please try to do meditation everyday. It increases concentration. Read a chapter and solve que. The best way is to just do it.

This is how can I avoid doing OT(overthinking). Bcz it disturbs me at every moments 😥
Meditate in mrng or whtever tym is suitable. Write a journal if it helps.
