There were times when everyday shades for Indian women were pink, fuchsia, plum, purple, red, marroon and berry... And coffee or brown were only for office or college use....
Then the word MLBB enters the make up world and the whole concept of everyday lipstick changed😅😅😅
I love my pink nude, peach nude, pink brown nude lipsticks and dusky rose pink nude is my favourite type.... Somehow when I think about our mums and aunts then they were known for their particular red or marroon lipstick shades.... Like my mother used to wear dark marroon lipstick, my mother in law always wore purple lipstick, my aunt preferred purple red and my favourite teacher wore brown lipstick with red large bindi which I love the most.... Thanks for the swatches though.... ❤❤❤

Very happy to note that i have quite a few of these. Of the ones named here, Jade Rose, Natural Coco, Irish Coffee, and Chambor 483 are my repurchases too. I love Dominican Republic, and Brandy Harrington , bought them on your recommendation, shall repurchase when I finish with them. Rum Raisin is beautiful, but shall not repurchase as I no longer use lipstick s which transfer. Of the others that You mention and I have, I shall not repurchase because they wash out a face without make up or heavy eyes. These are Nude Nuance, Touch of Spice, Haute Latte, and Give me mocha. Incidentally, I am NC 30 on Mac studio fix foundation

I have started disliking Maybelline's creamy matte once they changed the formula a couple of years ago, I guess.
Yup..They have slightly change the shades as well which I don’t like. I used to loveeeee my previous Nude Nuance n touch of spice shades more…Those were so rich..felt luxe on the lips. Now it’s a basic creamy matte lipstick 😑

I use Ace of face stick foundation shade no 20 from Sugar. Suggeste a brown with the hint of red lipshade (crayon or smudge-proof bullet ). I loved Maybelline ink crayon shade no 05 .

I purchased three from the Insight No smudge liquid lipstick range after seeing your swatch video. They are so wonderful and long lasting. But the ones you repurchased in this video, dont you think almost 80% of them belong to the same shade family?
Yes they do.. cause I prefer these kind of shades to wear everyday.. that’s why I have repurchased. I mostly wear browns nd warm rosy nudes. I have shared the lipcolors which I actually have repaurchased, not have tried to include different shades from different shade category… That would have been unfair if I did so..

The shade Irish coffee has some sort chemical smell to it and extremely dry on my lips. Is it just I who feel so or anyone else here feel the same. I personally feel it’s overhyped shade.
Try out the full size..it’s not going to dry out your lips..sometimes the mini sizes in smaller packaging tend to loose its own texture, and becomes dry very fast . The lipstick itself is non-drying on my Lips n I love it♥️♥️♥️

The problem I have is no matter how high brand I go with bullet lipsticks, I cannot wear them for more than half an hour. From Maybelline, Revlon to Loreal, after 30 minutes, my lipsticks start getting into my creases, and they fade from the inner lip area. I recently bought Mac Chilli, nd although the formula and the colour is an absolute bomb, same thing happens. I once tried Maybelline super stay matte liquid lipstick - Ruler, but my lips felt so dry after applying it that I decided to give it to my friend. I do all the pre-lipstick preparation but same shit happens. I'm now living in tinted lipbalms, and I plan to try Plum liquid lipstick, I hope it's good.
I think you should try out atleast one shade from COLORBAR SINFUL MATTE LIPSTICKS..Hope it will stay on your lips n will not get into lines..It’s having the best bullet lipstick formula when it comes to Lipsticks from Indian brands ♥️
