I stopped this form of prayer a few years back bcoz i felt like layers of myself were being peeled away and i was afraid of what would be revealed underneath it all.. Now i'm back and want to embrace it fully. Help me Lord! 🙏🙏
Fr. Manuel Bravo and Ed Broom both teach this prayer of Examination of Conscience and now I have been blessed to understand that God is Always with me in every life situation, be it painful or pleasant. For this I am grateful for this wonderful gift. God bless both of these caring priests. ✝️🙏🏼🛐
I love the examination of my inner self and also learn alot what I can learn or get gifts and it always keeps me grounded on my interactions with the my fellow brothers and sisters.

It’s been a while since I talked to God and been to church but the examen was always to me amazing The mindfulness it brings. Even at a root level without religion it helped. God is us. We are God.
Good morning fr. I ask you to pray for my mother. Maria Hien and her sister Maria Y Ben are in good health. full of Mary's grace and overcome the corona virus pandemic. I ask you for my father John bt. Thien is also in good health and is not infected with corona virus like me. I also ask you for my Russian study record to be approved and get a study abroad permit by the end of this year 2021. I also ask you to pray for Maria Y Ben to soon repay the debt. Through the intercession of Our Lady and the merits of Jesus' death, I offer my wishes to the Father. I thank you Father.The Queen stands at the right hands, arryed in gold Amen

I'm thinking of having personal retreat at home based from St. Ignatious spiritually as we are having our lock down here. Can you recommend any books or videos that can help me? Thank you for helping.
