All voting is done under observation of opposing parties and international observers. 3. All the ballots are on paper, and the counting is done by hand in the voting station. 4. Each voting station's count is done under observation of opposing party representatives who sign off on that station's official count. 5. Each individual station count is made public when it is completed. 6. The total national count can be independently verified by anyone willing to do the legwork and math. If needed, you can go back and recount the individual ballots.
