Choy Lee Fut is 1 of the last few kungfu clans that still teaches accuracy, strength, speed and how to spar. Unfortunately, I am not sure why they didn't do full contact sparring despite having the ideal open hand gloves.

so this is choy lee fut very interesting but compare to hung gar is more complicated but I do see some similarities compare to hung kuen
