I really like some of the forearm strikes here👍🏻 VERY effective for anyone to use in real situations with no chance of breaking the knuckles on someone’s teeth or skull. Practicing them on the bag means you will use it for real.

CLF must evolve so it would be more and more useable. You are doing good job in that manner.
Umm...That is classical CLF. Just done in a freestyle form. People can criticize it for being too loopy and open and that's a perfectly valid point, but that is a masterful demonstration of the arts basic strikes and kicks.
