It's Sergio Mendes' harpsichord version of Edu Lobo's 'Ponteio' from 'Sérgio Mendes' Favorite Things' album (1968, th-cam.com/video/5Q8qgsaJUzE/w-d-xo.html). Astrud Gilberto (w/Stanley Turrentine)'s version, on her 1971 classic 'Gilberto' is more widely known & where most know it from. I came to know it through British electronic duo Da Lata, who covered it nicely on 'Rebirth of Cool 6' (1996). That compilation was my jumping off point into club music culture, Jungle/Drum & Bass, etc. I was a longhair guitar loving metal grunge kid prior to that.
