- Taking my Rogue to the dealer with the issue happening as well because I was told if holding down the power button till it turns off and reboots does not fix the problems the radio will need to be replaced per Nissan Consumer Affairs Case # 51676139
I have since been told the serice manager wants to drive my car to see the issue. He did not bother to come to my car at the time while it was having and issue to witness it. It is inconsistant and different issue. The July 19 video has 2 songs playing at the SAME time. one from 92.5 FM and the other from Sirus. Is that NORMAL?
So Now Nissan Corporate is reporting they want a video of the radio acting up WITH the mileage and Vin # in the video in order to honor the warranty on a car I bought 2 months ago NEW and paaid over $40,0000 for. Even though the Nissan Service Manager at the dealership said the radio acted up while He was driving it that night. No explanation how this Bose radio is able to play and FM Station and a Sirius Station AT THE SAME TIME as documented in another video I made while driving down a Toll Road 7/19/2024.
IMO it has becomse clear they don't want to fix it. The car has a lojack on it. I am sure it is traced to the vin #. You can see the mileage the first part of this video 1513 miles. The first time I took it in they put 60 miles on it driving around and could not get it to act up.
That's because most of the time it does it when I first start the car as in this one. I was taking to the dealer from home. And sure enough ..No sound. All the way to the dealer. If I have to file the lemon law, I will NOT be buying a Nissan if this is how they honor a warranty. This has been going on for over 2 months with over 20 videos.😡

Oh. But they will get one if I have to bring it home still not fixed. I will make it in my driveway under my home security system so I can save the video of me taking the video in my car, moving to the mileage, stepping out to get the vin and pointing my phone at the camera above the garage. Nissan. you will get what you ask for.
