      I had that aswell my right was worse due to covid i had to wait even longer finally had it done it was tough but after awhile and when all swelling was gone it made it easier the left hip i recently had done less then a week ago had a little scare thought i dislocated it but i only pinched a nerve that caused a sensation of throwing your back out but my left leg is more swollen then before so i gotta work on rhe rehab and with even more restrictions on range of motion it sucks

    I have autism, I apologize for any communication errors- My mom's clinic/physical therapy office keeps canceling her appointments due to issues with insurance. I hate insurance companies. Why deny her THIS right NOW? I could go on. My point is THANK YOU SO MUCH for this content that I feel I can trust, that you post here for free. It means a lot.

    This is good. I would suggest you include with this whether these are for posterior vs anterior hip replacements. The two have very different contraindications. Thanks!

    I like this one. My biggest problem is my age. I’m almost 76 and my right hip joint collapsed. Next morning the surgeon did the replacement. So almost two months now. Thank you for the video. 🌹

    I had my left hip replaced in July. My recovery was going very well, until Sept, 7 weeks after my hip popped out of the socket. I am now almost 7 passed this again. My recovery this time is very slow. It's still very stiff bending. Such as going up and down stairs, doing a heel slide on the bed. Is this normal, well it takes longer this time getting full movement back into my leg? Or is there , or could there be something wrong?

    Good video but how many reps do
    I do and how many times per day?

    • @VictorDC61
      @VictorDC61 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      She says 10 reps per exercise, twice a day. I just had my right hip replaced a little under 3 weeks ago and I am doing these exercises and more for 10 reps each, twice a day. I try to do the "workouts" 4 hours or so apart each day..

      Rosie Hill hang in there. I’m on week 7 post and I’m just starting to feel better. My operated leg is longer. I’ve been told that it will correct itself in 3 to 6 months. It’s a long slow process. Best wishes to you!
