INCREDIBLY ENCOURAGING interview ❣️It may seem long, but it was well worth the time watching it! My husband and I am going to see the movie this Friday. I am blessed to have watched this inspiring I interview beforehand. Thank you❣️
Dear Lord.. I could listen to Helen for hours.. what pearls of wisdom.. any woman worth her salt should apply what is shared here.. the modern day narrative can not come close to power of the virtues shared here.. this was a delight to listen to, so refreshing ❤
My husband and I saw the movie yesterday, and I cannot tell you how much it touched us . We saw ourselves when in times of hard times and how God alone came through and met our needs with His miracles. We both cried through much of the movie because it touched us so . Thank you to the Smallbone family for having this movie made. Praying many go to see this movie and it touches their marriages and families .
Praying for my two estranged daughters. praying, in complete faith God will bring one back to Himself and bring the other to honesty and humility and integrity
Mighty women of God Helen Smallbone. What a joy and blessing. How encouraging and challenging. So many challenges to comfort and support women going through crisis. Thank u for the courage u exude. Such motivational words of encouragement. Such a teachable moment. Such a humble spirit. U shine a light on remembering the mighty power of God. Our need to completely surrender ourselves to Him and trust his direction. Thank u for sharing those promises.
This is maybe the most amazing interview I've ever watched!!!🥰 Seriously!! What such incredible women of God sharing so much treasure!!!! Beautiful Smallbone family! Thank you so much for this! It really help us to boost our faith in the Lord!! He is the same yesterday, today and forever!!! Praise God!!🙌❤ Can't wait to watch this movie!!!🥰
God’s timing is always so very perfect ! I really needed to see this interview today! My husband and I have been together for 45 years this year and married for 39 years. We have 3 children and 5 grandchildren, and life has been very challenging at times, but also very rewarding. Thinking about it now I thank God that we not only survived , but learned so much about loving eachother, loving life and loving God through all of it. Sure we have regrets, but I don’t think, looking back, either of us would change a thing, because all of it got us here. God is so faithful, but sometimes we just need something to remind us He’s still got us in His powerful hands. My husband and I are currently in a “living by faith”moment right now and just yesterday I asked God for something, anything, to encourage me and remind me of His faithfulness. Then today I stumble upon this interview, by what some would say is coincidence, but those of us who know Jesus, know there’s no such thing as coincidences. Thank you God for using these beautiful women and this wonderful family to encourage me today. You are simple amazing God and I love from the very depths of my soul! Thank you so much for sharing this! May God’s blessing be on this beautiful movie. ❤ Much love from a 59 year old Canadian grandma ❤
Thank you for sharing that moment of the last scene Rebecca, I was on set that day as a member of the audience in the front row and was watching you and your mom on the side and was wondering how you were feeling watching all of this. God is an awesome God, seeing His hand in all of this.
Tearing up as I'm listening to this interview, and I cry every time I see the trailer. Praying that this movie is a light to others and it lifts the spirit of community and family up!! BEAUTIFUL interview and lovely story!
That is a testament to how great God is in his work in human life in a family (WOW! ), it's packed with godlyness! Faith at work, they give God thanks, talking with God constantly, how radiant all the whole part is, the whole thing that's just so cool!
Amazing testimony. I've just watched this movie some minutes ago after the LORD asked me to do so. He took me on a faith journey for 9 years now. I've learned to depend and rely on Him while serving Him for free and I agree that sometimes it may be traumatic etc but in all it's worthy because during my deepest needs and persecutions I've seen God's hands move mountains for me. He has kept and sustained me. He has used people to bless me with a house key for free..He sent me food like He did for Elijah and like Helene people have encouraged me to write a book which am doing this during my wandering season and the Lord told me it will be more than a book lol. Stay blessed ladies. This world needs to hear and see such movie with powerful testimony of the Living God. Thank you once again.
My husband and I watched this movie on its opening weekend in concert with celebrating our 27th anniversary and 30 years of knowing each other. What a blessing and we are in deep gratitude of the making of this movie! May God continue to bless everyone and may their lives be spiritually blessed by this movie.
❤❤❤ One of the best, most real, most authentic interviews I have watched between women. Good questions. Great answers! I didn't want it to end and could have listened to their conversation for a couple more hours.
We are Pastors in Mallorca Spain a bi lingual church for 37...but thku all you have really encouraged me first saw King and Country and Rebecca on Huckabee and then looked for me soo sooo blessed and inspiring ...hope it gets to come to Spain...Num 6:24-26...Is 25:1...thkU Lord thku all bless you❤❤
God bless you and your husband for your service to Him and for His kingdom! ☝❤ Last September I was in Barcelona for one month. You have a beautiful country and very kind, helpful people. God bless you! 🛐❤
That moment must have been so surreal. ♥️. I have been so blessed through the light the Smallbone family has shown over the years and this interview is another blessing. Such beautiful and Godly ladies. Truly looking forward to seeing this movie. Love and Blessings Smallbones. 💜🙏🏻✨️
Hello I am from australia I have seen your film wonderful I have four adult kids they are married now But as a family we went through a similar experience We lost all our money my husband was and still Is depressed but we are musical and we had a great church to develope the gifting my 2nd daughter is really good at singing I am a little and we can play instruments my son was the sound desk guy and lighting and my husband is good with electronics My children all got married but things have been so tough that we have all lost or had our dream squashed we still try and keep going our marriage is gone awry because of troubles I used have to bring meals to my husband because of depression to his computer room But what has galvanised me by seeing the film Pray for music singing And other dreams god has given us We use to pray and food would turn up and someone paid for our car because we lost everything I am putting my prayer points on the wall THANKYOU prayers again I have 11 grandchildren I have one that loves singing trying to teach Others about 3 are musical my 7 year old grandson loves to sing to grand ma My husband needs to find Jesus The film you made u Is very encouraging Blessings Donna
My husband and I are going to see the movie this Sunday, Mother's Day. The trailer looks soooo good and I have heard wonderful things abut the movie. We are looking forward to it.
Tears in my eyes as I listened to this interview and ofcourse as I watched the movie with my 10 yearold son. As a single mum it was so encouraging to hear part of our experience reflected in your story. God does provide. He sees our hearts desires, and provides, even when I haven't haven't shared our needs with anyone but Him.
Thank you Annie for doing this interview. Love the Smallbones and their wives and Rebecca so much. So thankful for this movie. It has blessed me and so many others!
Powerful tribute to moms? Sign me up! Adding "Unsung Hero" to my must-watch list for the family. Great interview lineup too! This movie sounds like a heart warmer! Loved the "Living by Faith" years comment. Very powerful.. Definitely be checking this out!
Everyone needs to watch this movie! I saw Rebecca St. James at Night of Joy in the early 2000s and didn’t know this part of her story. Great interview!
Thankyou so much for making this movie 🎥. I am still to watch it, AND already transported by the return to belief in miracles, trust, inspiration, risk, faith, family and courage ❤ I already know I’ll be doing the ‘ugly cry’from beginning to end 😂
I JUST SEEN THE MOVIE..... SEE THE MOVIE PEOPLE. IT REALLY TOUCHED ME IN MY MEMORIES OF DECISIONS THAT SOUNDED 'WAY OUT THER, TOO HARD, CAN'T BE DONE' . BUT I CAME AWAY KNOWING IT HAD BEEN THE RIGHT THINGS TO DO..
Absolutely wonderful movie! What an amazing interview! Hearing such great faith from Rebecca & her mom was incredible. It seems Moriah doesn’t show to have the same faith. After reviewing Moriah’s Instagram it’s all about her. She doesn’t give the Lord any credit. Not once.
Her generation has been affected by the emergent church, deconstruction, feminism etc Money and fame are factors as well. There's such a humility in Rebecca and her Mom. Rebecca wants to talk about encouragement, family, and prayer. Moriah starts talking about woman power. To be fair, if you really dig through her Instagram and get past all the glam pics, she does mention God more than it at first appears.
Said it before, I’ll say it again.. I think this family is anointed. God Fathered this family so deeply & so tenderly & for every second of the way during that time. And He emboldened that sweet Mama to just nurture her babies during that time & He gave their Dad a lot of strength. I’m humbled. I don’t even cry that much during movies. This movie made me weepy, I’d say In just about every other scene. It is one of the best films I’ve ever seen. Moriah is a feminist, I can sense it but other than that this interview was good.
Sorry 37 years...then looked for more...by God's grace we have been married for 55 years but only came to the Lord 41...years ago...you are showing everyone family is soooo important thku again...❤
I haven't seen the movie yet, but April 26 was my latest video about how April 26, 2017 was my first video telling people about the soon Pre-Tribulation rapture of true Christ followers. I loved what Helen had to say about marriage, and I have stood for my marriage vows for 42 years now though my husband committed adultery and refused to stay in our marriage and divorced me after 26 years. He remarried which the Bible says is adultery, but I have not committed adultery myself. God is faithful even in the loneliness and being shunned by my twins and son. My story didn't have a happy ending, but it will be rewarded by getting to fly up to meet Jesus in the clouds and escaping the seven year Tribulation. I also just discovered today that Rebecca's birthday is 7/26, and 726 is "caught up/harpazo in Greek" which is the rapture in 1 Thessalonians 4. God bless everyone. Maranatha.
😢 my heart is msoooooo broken😢. I’ve prayed n beloved I was marrying a Godly man like Papa Bones. But….😢 not at all😢 abuse began after I married my husband of 30 + years. My PASSION WAS//IS alll Mama Bone stands for as a mother. I had finally reported my husband for his abuse n he n I have been separating for 7 years now. He still has temper and impatient issues 😢😢😢😢. I refuse to live in the same house w him n allow him to set this kind of example as a Father/Husband…to my remains 4 boys (out of 6). Plz pray for GODS WILL. IN NO WAY PRAY FOR my husband n I to get back together. ONLY PRAY LORD UR WILL B DONE🙏🏻❤. TIA
My husband took me to see this film on our 49th anniversary. We were married on Derby Day May 3, 1975. Church of Christ minister Charles Moore married us. We lived in Frankfort, Ky. He asked if we knew who the Derby winner was and we said no and he kinda chuckled and said Foolish Pleasure. We didn’t watch the Derby that year, 1975. Sometimes our anniversary does line up with the Kentucky Derby again. Derby 2024 was exciting. I found the Smallbone family because of this movie. I really didn’t know the movie was out. My husband tries to find movies 🎥 he thinks I will like. I did keep getting 🥹 teary eyed throughout the movie. The family pictures at the end. I was like WOW. As soon as we were back in the car I googled Rebecca St. James and I showed my husband and said “here she is.” I said how awesome to be so young and get to have a movie made of your life. So glad this movie was made. God is in the details. That Bible verse God makes all things beautiful in their time is special to me. I have wrote and said that verse so many times. I have that verse in a pretty frame over my Mom’s retirement clock. My Mom is another unsung hero. My Mom held our family together. That song was perfect for me. I don’t recall ever hearing it before. I got home and googled it to listen to again. I didn’t know the Smallbone family. I had heard of King & Country but didn’t know their names. I like how God does things and that it was all a wonderful surprise on our 49th anniversary. The movie was so moving and encouraging and that song so meaningful for me. This video is so encouraging. I am 69 and I listen to Terry MacAlmon on TH-cam. This is my 4th video about the movie Unsung Hero. I saw the movie first then started watching all the videos. I found Phil Robertson’s granddaughter Sadie because she was interviewing Smallbone family members. I never watched Duck Dynasty much - I knew who they were. God is doing something epic and beautiful. God’s family. God growing His family. I listen to Nancy Cohen, Justin Paul Abraham, Liz Wright, The Flow with Barry Adams and Larry Pearson. I love fatherheart channel ❤️ those videos make me feel so loved. I say this a lot: God goes before us and He is our rear guard. I am always saying that Jesus never leaves us or forsakes us and He is with us to the end of this present evil age. Thank you for the movie 🎥 and this video. 💗💕🥰

But as a family we went through a similar experience
We lost all our money my husband was and still
Is depressed but we are musical and we had a great church to develope the gifting my 2nd daughter is really good at singing I am a little and we can play instruments my son was the sound desk guy and lighting and my husband is good with electronics
My children all got married but things have been so tough that we have all lost or had our dream squashed we still try and keep going our marriage is gone awry because of troubles
I used have to bring meals to my husband because of depression to his computer room
But what has galvanised me by seeing the film
Pray for music singing
And other dreams god has given us
We use to pray and food would turn up and someone paid for our car because we lost everything
I am putting my prayer points on the wall THANKYOU prayers again

I needed this encouragement today. Thank you God and Jesus!
So interesting to see the Joy of the Lord in Helen and Rebecca. Even as they speak you see something very familiar.
So beautiful and focused on the Lord.
Amen and thank you for your en-couragrment

55:00 "Come follow me" -Jesus (#matthew14v29 ) said to Peter to join Him and "walk on water" (take risk, leap of faith)
