A lot of self help books are very productivity centered. So one of my favorite are : Rest: Why You Get More Done When You Work Less' by Alex Soojung-Kim Pang. Calm by Fearne Cotton Rest is big part of our sucess !
I'm very reciticent about reading self-help books, because I tend to find they're not very constructive and don't really give you the steps necessary to improve your life, so thanks for this!
I read The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck couple years ago and I agree with you. Some parts were very interesting and forced me to look at some things differently, but there were parts in the book that made me angry, and even though I know nothing about the author, he came across as icnredibly arrogant in that book, so that's a no from me too. Would not recommend.😀

Absolutely! And thank you for the recommendations 🙏🏾🙏🏾 on to the TBR they go!
Love this! I struggle to separate the valuable self-help from the pseudo-deep sort of stuff, so your perspective on these is really interesting
