或許你在生命中遇到很多事情， 無論是健康或是生活，覺得自己可以做到的非常有限，充滿無奈的感覺 。 有沒有考慮放開懷抱呢？
"人說人生如夢, 我說夢如人生,
當你從夢中醒覺, 你已走完了人生"
帶著放開懷抱 “Let Go”的感覺，我希望將這種感覺帶入這首歌， 並讓它融化於其中。在我腦海中浮現了以下思潮：
我們 (尤其是我一位朋友) 也許經歷了美好時光 ， 可能有權力， 也可能有財富。 然而 ， 生活中也有很多低谷 : 貧窮，迷失和糟糕的時光。
不過這些東西都是短暫的，會隨著我們的生命中消失，就像從夢中醒來一樣。
我們不需要偏向極端 。一個幣有兩面； 邪惡中有天使， 清早中有陰沉 ，深宵中有光明。 讓事情過去，消失，就像從夢中醒來一樣。
因此， 放開懷抱，把握當下 。當你從夢中醒覺 ，你已走完了人生。
音樂方面，我們使用了以 cha cha 舞步為基礎。 呂珊也是用這個音樂表演的。我們嘗試配合狐步音樂， 可惜找不到滿意的狐步配樂。 不過我們仍然在尋找 ， 希望日後可用狐步舞步來製作。歡迎幫忙尋找。
