I am a UK registered nurse working in the NHS. I am a surgical nurse by background and was redeployed to Intensive Care Unit following the Covid-19 outbreak. At present, I work as a Junior Sister in Acute and Chronic pain services.

Hi i was just wondering im in year 11 and ive just decided i want to be a nurse now yeah dumb ik 🤦🏻 i chose btec sport for gcses but i was wondering what do you have to choose for a levels to get into uni for nursing ?
usually its a science so bio chem sociology etc. and 2 other alevels. I've applied for Midwifery and I did bio, History and Sociology
Hello, preferably they prefer a science subject e.g. biology and social science subjects like psychology and sociology. Having a good maths background is also useful :)
