    Hi how to give answers for the interviewers question,whether we have to according to our experience. For example a patient fell down in the room what will you do how to give answer for this

      Hi, you have to give answers as per your hospital protocol & policy and your own theory & clinical experience. You can end your answer by saying it’s according to my hospital policy but we can also do this and that…(add your previous hospital experiences).
      If you are familiar with European hospitals protocols you can mention them as well.

    Hi 1)what type of email do nmbi acccept ? Some are saying they do not accept gmail ? 2) my passport has surname where as my educational documents do not have surname where can I upload the support statement stating that they are the same person

      Hi, they would consider your experience for nursing homes.
      For hospitals, 18-24 months of experience in 150-200 bedded hospital.

      Hi, yes health assistant will be there but it depends upon the hospital / nursing home set up. If there are less or no health care assistant you need to do all patient care by yourself.

      Hi, hospitals and nursing homes are mostly busy here but you get breaks in between and there is no restrictions to sit in between.

    Speaking=390.
    Listening=380
    Writing=350
    Reading= 340
    But i face deficulty when i applied in ireland through Agency they said they entertaining 200+ beds in hospital
    But mam i have. Experience 7 years in private hospital which had 35 to 40 beds but all over india has seven Branches. Please suggest what can i do . Please help

      Hi, if possible switch your job immediately to a 200+ bedded hospital.
      OET is valid for 2 years, once you complete 1 year of job start the process (3-4 months) and get Decision Letter (DL).
      DL is valid for 1 year, So you will have enough time to search for job. And by that time you will complete 2 years of job as well.
