This is helpful tracker. Do you have the same with sla hours as 2 days i.e. 18 hrs ? This one is allowing till 12 hrs

Hi how about if the SLA Hour is 3 month, its means 2190 hour. i cant change it to that time, maybe you have solution for this one?

I never heard about 3 months SLA, if so I believe it is just we need to add 90 days from the current day, I am sure 3 months SLA will be on days and not on hrs

Its little complex but not very difficult, you can find formulas from column AM to AW in the excel sheet. Please unhide the columns. Before going through the formula, please see this video first

Just change hrs from 16:00:00 to 01:00:00, it should work
