This one is quite silly……….
I know many have experienced ASMR from this iconic Love Actually scene, so I broke my ‘not wanting to role-play film characters’ rule to wheel this out, as something of a Christmas special.
And NGL it came out more chaotic than expected. But hopefully fans of fast / unpredictable ASMR get a kick out of it.
Despite my well intentioned trigger assortment, it’s likely the least relaxing ASMR video you’ll ever watch. MERRY CHRISTMAS, ENJOY!

Why are you whispering at me?!
#ASMR is an acronym commonly used to describe the tingly/buzzing/static sensation associated with certain audio/visual stimulae - often whispering/soft-spoken voice, and other quiet triggers. It's a similar feeling to 'frisson' - the shivers that run up your spine when watching an incredible scene in a film, or really /feeling/ amazing music. It's the best.
This video is a whole different experience if you pretend you're responding as Alan Rickman ❤️

I work at a caramel store and my boss wants us to gift wrap EVERYTHING. When someone wants a SPECIAL giftwrapping, we even have to sew the bag with our sewing machine. And while my costumers are waiting I always have this scene in my head😂 (&sry for my english)

For a slight context: the movie in which this is based is Love, Actually (which is worth a watch, specially in Christmas) and who we are supposed to be is one of the characters (the played by Alan Rickman) who's buying a nice piece of jewelry for the woman he is cheating on his wife with. While this happens, the wife is is also in the mall, as their are doing a Christmas shopping spree, and the guy from the store starts doing a super elaborated packaging and Alan's characters starts panicking as his wife could come in and see

Dang looking dapper in that suit my friend. This was a classic Atlas video, it reminded me of some of your earlier work in terms of camera angles and simplicity, but also combining some of the newer stuff like the Grand Hotel and the symmetry of your Upgrade Shop. Always have to love a wholesome holiday video like this. Plus your focus on triggers was really great as well, very much combined the new and the old, overall one of the favorites recently.

this is INSANELY good - the sounds are amazing, the comedy is on point, and the premise is delightful and original. the shots and lighting make it feel like a movie scene. truly an excellent experience!
If you've never seen Love Actually, I recommend it. This video is based on a short scene in the movie with Rowan Atkinson delivering brilliant comedy, and this is an amazing homage.

My family and I were listening to festive music on youtube while cooking dinner and it was my turn to choose what to listen to next. Instead of a song I put this video on.
Neither of my parents watch asmr and the speaker messed with the sound quality, but they both enjoyed the humor of this video. To the point that I sent the link to my dad so he could watch it again later and fully appreciate all its glory without the distraction of cooking.
Your character is so well played, it just has a different vibe, the smile and the eyes especially, give the impression of someone different.
To think, Atlas took my favorite seen from Love Actually and made it into a full on ASMR video. Absolutely brilliant!
