I’ve had a HT3813 for 13 or so years now. I try to keep it in the best condition I can. Last fall I bought another one (like yours - no mowing deck). I mostly bought it so I’ll have a spare engine in case the unthinkable happens. I intend to keep it as long as possible. They are very special machines. Good luck with it. Have fun!

Just replaced the starter on mine. Sat for two years so I’ll be cleaning the carburetor thanks to your video
