- Before you start to learn anything, it is important to know about mind, body & soul and how these three work together. If you are psychologically prepared for it, nothing can stop you from learning. Your mind will automatically prepare your body and improve your energy towards learning. And learning doesn't just limit to what we learned from school in childhood or in the college or while we have taken up some course, learning happens all the time. Whether it is happening for your good or bad is what you can control with what you are gonna learn in this video.
After this series of videos, learning tattooing or anything for that matter will be easy as eating a cake :)

Sir like you explained that every morning we wake up with a different mood, so to get our emotions and feelings right every morning we need to practice gratitude. Sir my question is if some days I already wake up happy and joyful, do I still need to write 10 things or I can skip that day?

I'm so excited for writing this comment I just hope you read this and it doesn't gets ignored... So today was my first day of writing down ten things tht I'm thankful fir and it's unbelievable how my day is going.... When u feel happy everything around u seems happy and when u feel sad everything happening around makes u feel more sad...this is something I've always known but for the first time felt this so greatly..... Everything today is so happy and I'm literally feeling so good about every little thing around me and it's so unbelievable because I think it's first time tht I'm enjoying normal everyday life so much..... Suddenly I don't know how everyone is so kind with me and behaving so nicely.. and I'm liking every little thing so much I mean I just saw a butterfly today and I was so happy and the butterfly was sooo beautiful.....never felt like this before and also liking myself so much today...thoughts like I'm so pretty and I'm so smart r there from morning........ I have throat pain since morning and my reaction today about it so different than usual.. i used to waste my entire day because of it and used spend entire day feeling angry and frustrated about it....but today's it's just like it's a tiny little thing which will go in few days..don't need to worry much..... I'm so grateful for today and I wish everyone could experience this kind of happiness and thank you again sir for this video cause sharing your video with my friends makes it so easier to share the knowledge... You explain everything so perfectly. Thank you so much sir.. I'm gonna maintain the habit and will try to never skip practicing gratitude.
And also today is the first day that since morning nothing bad or nothing tht would make me angry or sad happened...expect this little throat pain
I'm so happy today I feel like hugging someone and sending gifts to people and spread happiness everywhere...this is so nice...I wasn't expecting this happy mood will stay all day. I feel so great. Thank you so much sir.

Hey man, that’s not true :) this is a lecture I took where the audience was local, so regional language was the best choice, I am in the process of adding the subtitles, soon you will have it.
