I've had my MS Heavy Gunner for a few days now and I can say I'm very impressed with it. When I first took it out of the box I was a bit nervous as it felt quite light. But after transforming him a few times and posing him I can say that despite feeling light it feels solid, and the lightness to him is actually a bonus, as it means that he holds poses better than pretty much any other Masterpiece figure I own. The articulation is second to none, with a particular highlight for me being the hands which can bend all the way back and the fingers that aren't just individually articulated but can be splayed out too, and without feeling flimsy. The plastics feel good and it is completely painted, hardware in shoulders, hips and knees and a simple enough transformation, that was initially scary as because of the paint the tolerances are a bit tighter than you may be comfortable with. But after multiple transformations these loosen up slightly and after getting used to the figure I can say that he's not as delicate as you may initially think. All in all I think that this is easily the best Masterpiece interpretation of Brawl I've ever seen, and the combined mode with the parts forming leg section not only feels solid but has the best ankle and foot articulation I've seen on a combiner of this size. I think that MS are on to a big winner with these upscaled Combaticons.
Respect to James Earl Jones. He’s one of the most iconic actors and voice actors of our youth. We should celebrate them while they are still here and that goes for Frank Welker and Peter Cullen
The anti third party folks are hating on the New Age CHUG scale MEGATRON. But many of them are low key considering it because their ridiculous loyalty to Hasbro/Takara is being tested. The official makers almost never give fans what they ask for. Third party does because they actually listen to and know what fans want. They’re not perfect, but they do better than the so called official makers of Transformers.
Yup, I miss when 3rd parties were giving Hasbro competition. This is why Hasbro churns out half-assed figures that miss the mark with hollow parts and lack of accessories...they don't have anyone else making CHUG figures that are of better quality.
Thanks for the news about Bumblebee's voice actor in addition to Darth Vader's voice. Life eventually expires, that's true. I wonder when the new MASK Kenner items would be produced. I hear it usually takes a couple or more years to get everything going. Maybe 2027 as a guess.
I'm ALL-IN on anything MASK. Also on the TMNT sitting at Targets, for me, it's the prices are getting out of hand on pretty much everything. I still however picked up some of the retro rerelease stuff.

I picked up a TF ROTB Rhinox (not SS) for $5 a few hours ago at a local WM. For the TF SS Swoop, I picked up at a local Target 11 days ago for $54.99. It was the only one on the shelf. For G.I. Joe Classified Series, I want a Nemesis Enforcer with soft, wired leathery wings (similar to the JP flying dinos that Mattel puts out), a Golobulus with soft, wired snake lower body, Cobra-La Royal Guards, and Pythona with soft, wired cape/cloak. Make it so, Hasbro!

I'd grab a G2 Menasor pack if they make it exclusive. Just to keep in box, I have the G1 Menasor and I enjoy that. Most joes already look retro straight OOB and I like that, and I like how NF and SteelCorp are being made a cross over subline. I will drop Joe for MASK and all the unmade prototypes and boulder hill, and if Visionaries ever happen. If Silverhawks were more affordable I'd love to get them. I like those two megatrons, I have to think about which I want, lots of pretty decent choices.

I've got 4 Wildrider’s because I never could find the White Breakdown for the two Menasaurs I have. (Mine and my son's). I got two of the G2's on pre-order then I'm done with Menasaurs. I looked high and low for that G1 Breakdown, Idk what the deal was with it. I gave up on finding a couple seems like year ago give or take.
If they make the Arcee a headmaster takara is genius. Also, what is the obsession with the Combaticons, it’s always the first or second priority with all the companies…? It’s amazing that nobody touches predaking who is such a popular combiner. I just think menasor and bruticus arent the most amazing combiners compared to Devi and predaking.
Magic square is just using mostly existing engineering to satisfy a need in the MP market. They still have not done legends Predaking or Computron yet but if Bruticus does well then more combiners could come for mp
No way for dinoking. I already got core class Volcanicus. 80 for a repaint isn't worth it. No way for Overcharge. The original wasn't that great. A repaint for 55 isn't worth it.
Star Wars Imaginext are more exciting than the other STar Wars series. Star Wars is over priced, and boring. it's just humans in suits. I might as well be buying figures of doctors and congressmen.
Excited about MASK and so want it to be done right and priced right. Is it just me or does the GI JOE Classified line kind of lost its appeal, giving bad vibes and on a downward trend??
