Since you like Honey flux so much, you should try out Lynette's Opal. It is in John Britt's book too. It is a glaze with a lot of rutile and is pinkish on white clay anf blue on red clay. It is great over and under other glazes. You can also use titanium in stead of rutile. Then it is more white but still works well under/over glazes and is more neutral in color.
Interesting, I will have to try that! I much prefer dipping glazes of course, so much quicker!
What a pretty way to keep mosquitos away from you. How much clay do you use to make the mosquito bowls?
It’s about 1 3/4 lbs
Beautiful work! Thank you so much for sharing. 🤗 What are the rods that you use in the mosquito coil bowls?
Thank you 😊
My husband buys long pieces of metal and cuts them and then spray paints them black!
