Suspect charged in Lynchburg, Virginia shooting death, woman found dead in suspect's home

Lynchburg Police said a man is in custody Monday evening following the shooting death of a 19-year-old in Lynchburg.
Police said they also found the body of a woman when they conducted a welfare check on the suspect's home.
