3:50 bottom path villages actually provide a discount for upgrades up to rank 3 which is the closest you will get to farming in CHIMPS. They are very powerful when combined with strats that spend lots of money on low tier monkey like sun gods, moab mauler spam or fire mage spam
The explanation is what basically matters to me. I am thinking of making a cool excel to help new players choose the best tower for the best situation. Would be cool to have your help with it if you are interested.

honestly middle path druid should be way higher imo, spirit is a good allround tower and druid of the jungle can solo to almost round 40 on its own except for camo, which is insane for its price

You know what would make this list even better? Using the base icons for the chimps and writing down their build like 5-0-2 instead of using their upgraded icons. I can barely distinguish a few of them. Just to make it noob friendly.
I am a strong fan of the crossbow master as it absolutely shreds the mid game and helps you earn enough money to build your late game defense. I have never really considered it's effectiveness against super ceramics because I usually have built more towers by then but it's a totally valid criticism.
It’s really bad in chimps. It’s a midgame option to be sure, but there are better options and sinking 30k into a tower that’s only useful for midgame generally isn’t very good. Its damage heavily falls off lategame so it’s almost exclusively a waste of money

I would put the middle path wizard into great tier, spamming d breath and summon phoenixes is a solid and easy way to beat basically every beginner, intermediate and advanced map with a really low skill requirement

i will never understand why people think the 5-2-0 bomb shooter isn't great pair it with an 5-2-0 village in a decent spot and nothing will get past them, except of course BADs at round 100 but that's when you sell it, get something(s) that can deal with a BAD and re-place the bomb shooter at the end of the track and it will simply stop any non BAD moabs and ceramics before they reach the end assuming you have a spike factory at the end as well

I think that ring of fire should be put in good tier since its true that doesnt work on that many maps and needs a tone of buffs but if you pair it with gwen its gonna be much easier since gwen got buffed to synergyze with this tower
i love running quincy, 0-5-2 boomerang, and a 0-2-5 dart along with support (especially 0-3-1 alch) and it works pretty well but its mainly just a beginner map strategy, i have a lot of money for support so it just works
I feel like middle path druid should go into great, as spirit of the forest is one of the best options on maps with multiple lanes, even on chimps. And of course, druid of the jungle is broken. There are some others that I feel like should go higher, like top path tack, but I mostly agree with the rest of the tier list.
Sotf does extremely weak damage with its vines, and it’s main attack is just an aow alternative. Altogether heavily outclassed and doesn’t have much map versatility. Druid of the jungle is a good earlygame option but falls off later in the game
Honestly i feel like middle path engineer should be higher. Not only is overclock one of the best buffs, cleansing foam combined with other camo factors (brittles,pod and natural camo popping) can allow you to skip middle path village in some strats which is especially usefull in space thight maps where you might wanna get just 2-0-2 village and skip the 0-2-2
You really just need a top path sub. If the map doesn't have camo, then use radar. Trust me, I really don't think that you 100% need less money for some upgrades to win, most of the strats in this video will leave you with leftover money close to the ten thousands
I would say jungles bounty is still really solid in CHIMPS. Not only does it double the qmmount of vines, but the vines do double damage. So its basically like buying 4 druids of the jungle.
My strategy for CHIMPS is usually a Spectre, Sky Shredder, and Carrier Flagship.(if there's water) It's surprisingly effective and leaves around 10k or 20k more money, which is quite flexible. I haven't tried these on Intermediate maps or higher yet, so I will see if it stills hold up for some of those maps.
1:59 Actually they do make money in CHIMPS, i played a map on CHIMPS yesterday and tested it for curiosity and it did make money, i guess because the money comes from the bloons being popped
Mid path boomer should have been great. While perma-charge is the main upgrade, turbo-charge is actually really good in mid game, letting you save up for the powerhouse of perma-charge or anything else.
Good video but I had to pause and rewind about 100 times with the speed, I would have been happier with a 30 min video. Then I realised I could watch it at 0.75 x speed coz my brain works at 0.75 x speed too. Also it seems more confusing to have the rating come before the tower's assessment. Huge effort on this video though and I greatly appreciate it
a fun but kinda janky combo i like going for is energizer + moab assasinator + primary mentoring to just get the assasination ability every 3 secs or something. Just pair that with some ceramic & group popping power like recursive cluster into bloon solver and you'll be good (if you can save up for it, quite expensive)
3:52 what the hell? I usually get at least a x-x-2 vilage somewhere for the discount because it is the only way to "make money" in chimps mode by straight up reducing the cost of other towers and their upgrades.

Tbh, I haven’t seen many tierlists but I feel like outside chimps banana farms are probably some of the best, if not the best towers in the game, but I could be wrong
I would think that a tier 4 bottom path village might actually be useful in chimps. It gives a discount to t 1-3 upgrades for monkeys in its radius, increases cash per pop for monkeys (not as good as actual cash generation but it could help nonetheless) and you get free dart monkeys every round. Free anything in chimps is a necessity
other options to pair with embrittlement / other damage buffs/debufs, are thornswarm poplust army, or x5x alch with 003 druids or 030 ninjas. or probably destroyers.
Yeah rn IMO the biggest flaw with this list is lack of tiers. There’s a massive difference between the best and worst and extremely good towers of btd6. I’m pretty sure all the Usable towers are divided into at least 5 tiers on the index one

Honestly, this list needs to be retouched. It's been a year since this video's release, and new buffs and nerfs have come. Plus, we also have Corvus and The Beast Handler, so it's certainly a a list that needs a bit of a redo. I also don't disagree with any of the rankings, I just think the list needs an update.

Yeah I mean you'd only ever go x-4-x if you're gonna go x-5-x. In this case it's obviously better to not build another druid since it's kinda a waste of money. Also, you should almost always be going 1-3-0 to give it lead popping power (since it needs that upgrade for that now.)
id say beast handler would be s-rank if this video came out in the 36th update because in round 98 the 3 tier fives, if they work together with ANY of their 3 paths, it would work well (bottom would be the best becuase it does knockback to the moabs and middle is the worst (but it still beats it))

First video of yours that I've watched and I must say two things besides I think I'll synergize well with your content, unlike the Wizard top path with Strong Stimulant. XD Annnyway, First, dude I talk fast and you lost me twice and the ending was super abrupt so I had to reply it. Second, I was almost certain that the alchemist couldn't buff vehicles like the Airplane and Helicopter, but you said it buffs the spike factory? How? Please respond to confirm... I mean I could understand the planes not getting buffed since the pilot is in the air and all and the alchemist throws him a potion, but the spike factory literally has no comporial life requiring sustenance and therefore, has no way of drinking the potion...... (that was my logic, it'll make sense in a second....) I know that explanation sounds funny and I almost mean for it to be, but Im new-ish and spent over 40 hours playing with my two boys last christmas and we had determined that it was not valuable to place landing strips or heli-pads near the alchemist because of their uniform shape and global range, placement of the unit in a neat/organized fashion, away from the clutter is best... and being a dad, I had to make a game (a mock trial) out of a game (Testing Towers and listing them Strongest to weakest) we made up while playing a game (...btd6). Soooo, we had a ruling and presented evidence and everything (2 nights and an afternoon went into this) My then 5 year old brought to the stand that "you cannot see the green bubbles around the units head after he gets the potion and even on the guys that shoot really fast can see the bubbles for a second. . ." that was enough to rule against his brother, the 8 year old. but now they dont play and I do... and i really wanna know without ever looking for the green bubbles again lol.. Please respond to confirm... I hope he's not crushed to learn the truth.. p.s I only mentioned the part about you talking so fast because I never knew that I talk fast too and well, apparently it bothers people and when I was finally told and therefore aware of the issue I was 28 and it was one of the most embarrassing things. Like, literally my whole f-in life. Bottom Path Village actually does have a use in chimps. It gives you 1 free dart monkey per round, which makes it an immediate "Great Tier" for me.

030 is decent but falls off hard after round 80. Spirit of the forest is just slightly better aow, but that’s not saying much considering aow sucks

Agree on most. Which stands out to me tho is top patch heli (Apache). It's just so strong I think it should definitely go up 1 tier
T4 sucks, only works on single active lane maps, struggles against fortifieds and DDTs, overal extremely pricey.

Top path heli could've gone in great tier. Its one of the most popular chimps strategies and works on any map that doesn't have multiple lanes

Tbh, I haven’t seen many tierlists but I feel like outside chimps banana farms are probably some of the best, if not the best towers in the game, but I could be wrong

I would think that a tier 4 bottom path village might actually be useful in chimps. It gives a discount to t 1-3 upgrades for monkeys in its radius, increases cash per pop for monkeys (not as good as actual cash generation but it could help nonetheless) and you get free dart monkeys every round. Free anything in chimps is a necessity
I am late but I hope you know that the cash per pop buff affect does not work in chimps

To be honest, I agree with MOAB Press. Dude literally saved me alot so i can Pirate Lord moabs and BFBs with correct timing
other options to pair with embrittlement / other damage buffs/debufs, are thornswarm poplust army, or x5x alch with 003 druids or 030 ninjas. or probably destroyers.

Yeah rn IMO the biggest flaw with this list is lack of tiers. There’s a massive difference between the best and worst and extremely good towers of btd6. I’m pretty sure all the Usable towers are divided into at least 5 tiers on the index one

Honestly, this list needs to be retouched. It's been a year since this video's release, and new buffs and nerfs have come. Plus, we also have Corvus and The Beast Handler, so it's certainly a a list that needs a bit of a redo. I also don't disagree with any of the rankings, I just think the list needs an update.
I mean jungles bounty does make it so the druid attacks with 2 vines at once so it isn't the woooorst... Even tho you can just get another 0-3-0 druid for cheaper
Yeah I mean you'd only ever go x-4-x if you're gonna go x-5-x. In this case it's obviously better to not build another druid since it's kinda a waste of money. Also, you should almost always be going 1-3-0 to give it lead popping power (since it needs that upgrade for that now.)

id say beast handler would be s-rank if this video came out in the 36th update because in round 98 the 3 tier fives, if they work together with ANY of their 3 paths, it would work well (bottom would be the best becuase it does knockback to the moabs and middle is the worst (but it still beats it))

First video of yours that I've watched and I must say two things besides I think I'll synergize well with your content, unlike the Wizard top path with Strong Stimulant. XD Annnyway, First, dude I talk fast and you lost me twice and the ending was super abrupt so I had to reply it. Second, I was almost certain that the alchemist couldn't buff vehicles like the Airplane and Helicopter, but you said it buffs the spike factory? How? Please respond to confirm...
I mean I could understand the planes not getting buffed since the pilot is in the air and all and the alchemist throws him a potion, but the spike factory literally has no comporial life requiring sustenance and therefore, has no way of drinking the potion...... (that was my logic, it'll make sense in a second....)
I know that explanation sounds funny and I almost mean for it to be, but Im new-ish and spent over 40 hours playing with my two boys last christmas and we had determined that it was not valuable to place landing strips or heli-pads near the alchemist because of their uniform shape and global range, placement of the unit in a neat/organized fashion, away from the clutter is best... and being a dad, I had to make a game (a mock trial) out of a game (Testing Towers and listing them Strongest to weakest) we made up while playing a game (...btd6). Soooo, we had a ruling and presented evidence and everything (2 nights and an afternoon went into this) My then 5 year old brought to the stand that "you cannot see the green bubbles around the units head after he gets the potion and even on the guys that shoot really fast can see the bubbles for a second. . ." that was enough to rule against his brother, the 8 year old. but now they dont play and I do... and i really wanna know without ever looking for the green bubbles again lol..

Bottom path village is pretty good on chimps if you're spamming primary monkeys. I go 5-0-2 sometimes
0-0-2 viallge is the best upgrade in chimps because it saves you so much money
