Have reloaded the latest files. Westby map shows up in installed maps in game but will not show up in map choices when I start career. Any ideas why or what to do?

Anybody else loose the ability to enter buildings. Can enter vehicles, just not buildings, even can’t enter a grain bin to open top. Was working fine on version one
