My 1/96 Scale Starbase Setup Tour

- Hey everyone! I've noticed several comments on my recent Starship TH-cam videos asking about my Starship model. So, I've decided to create a video about it! This video will be a tour of my 1/96 scale Starbase setup, my own lighthearted take on the various Everyday Astronaut Tours with Elon Musk.
I have been closely following the SpaceX Starship program for years, starting from SN5. I've even visited Starbase twice - once for the suborbital hop of SN10, and then for IFT-1. I must say, the spaceflight community is incredible! There are incredibly talented individuals, like Everyday Astronaut, who provide regular updates on the ever-changing Starbase. Additionally, there are amazing 3D artists who create models based on the vehicles used in the Starship program. The STL files for this model are from MoreThan3D. I have a small 1/87 scale model train and town setup at home. This being 1/96 scale shows how gigantic the real Starship is. Crazy.

He BOUGHT the more than 3d set.
I got a wild crazy but I think technically feasible idea (for someone with the time, money and dedication, since I have none of those, LOL), make an RC Version, like have a big motor in the bottom of the booster where the engines go to provide the thrust and replace the grid fins with like quad copter drone motors so the booster can launch and return to landing site, make the ship flaps functional and use them for steering with a big motor providing the thrust.
Really Cool! Does it have flaps that move electronically or piston driven?
Does it have tanks that can pressurize, assuming you have some modifications to increase strength , such as the header tanks, with thicker walls and a sealer to seal the small gaps so it can withstand high pressures?
I'm designing my own one with lots of function, and it is a lot of fun.

No, the tanks do not pressurize on my Ship or Booster models.
I'm currently working on finding a solution for adjusting the flaps. It's quite challenging because there's very limited space inside the ship, especially near the forward nosecone flaps, to install electronic systems. However, I'm determined to come up with something. The ship is the main focus of my Starbase model, but it currently lacks any remote control functions. I believe that the movement of the ship's flaps is one of the most significant missing functions of the Starship system to replicate.

@donald4munro the heat tiles are no where near scale..the chopsticks don't look right, and never saw it actually work. More than 3D sells these files and are not licensed by spaceX. He is taking advantage of people by charging so much for the files, when most STL files are under $20. A TRUE fan (like myself) created a better design than this, and gave it away free to other SpaceX fans.
